“Used” facet in a beat up box

The item was marked used and priced with a significant discount. Much to my surprise the beat up box contained a new looking facet and all the parts were present. I am very satisfied with this purchase!

Beware

I bought 2 of these faucets. One was missing parts and one had a defective cartridge. I called Hans grohe to get a new cartridge and they would not send it because I bought it from Amazon. They said I needed to buy it from a dealer for the warranty to be in effect. I am now out 400.00 in plumber charges. And they were very difficult to install!!!!

The black paint cracks.

The paint on this faucet peels VERY easily. Be aware if you buy this that if anything hard touches the surface of this faucet, the black paint peels and looks like regular bright silver steel on the bottom.

Absolutely fantastic.

I’ve been installing a lot of new faucets from Vivenis Modern line of Hansgrohe. And this one looked great as well, and I thought this one would be perfect fit for the restroom in the basement where I use frequently after working out (my workout space is in the basement). Let me tell you, this sleek design faucet literally up the whole vibe of my restroom! Hansgrohe is not only nice looking but also its durability and performance as well. Even though the price is high, the cost performance in terms of overall quality including satisfaction vs price is still great !

Ultra Premium Sink Faucet

This sink faucet is incredibly high quality, everything about it is premium and of the highest possible quality. The valve movement is smooth, solid and feels as though it's going to last for a very long time. The fit and finish on all of the components, including those you don't see are of the highest possible quality. This particular faucet is around $300 at the time of this review in matte black, and that's higher than other quality brands, but this is a luxury brand and as a result, carries a luxury price tag, the nice thing about this is that it's an attainable luxury, meaning it's an affordable luxury item. We like this so much that we're going to be purchasing a second to complete our master bathroom. As I've grown older I find having high-quality items that you interact with all day and every day provides the best improvements to the quality of life, this faucet is one of those items. Sure you can get a faucet for $20, but you're dealing with a cheap faucet that looks cheap, feels cheap, will almost surely leak sooner, wear out sooner, and needs replacement every several years. When you interact with something several times a day, all day/night long you really appreciate quality, and that's what this faucet delivers, an enjoyable experience every time you use it, every day. To me, that's luxury worth paying for.

Top of the line.

This will be replacing a brushed nickel Grohe faucet that has been fantastic, but we're doing a Matte Black refit. We've had nothing but great experience with Grohe - parts as well as service. We've used the lifetime warranty a couple times but overall, everything is as good as when new even though decades old. Top quality. Besides peace of mind, it feels good to surround yourself with top quality items when you use them everyday. This faucet is quite artful and pleasing to the eye, and of course flawless in functionality.

The media could not be loaded. This is a beautiful single handle faucet from hansgrohe: elegant, weighty, smooth-operating, with a forward canted water flow and a flush-mounted aerator. hansgrohe finishes are state-of-the-art. They will last. We have a kitchen faucet by hansgrohe in matte black, a notoriously difficult finish to keep looking good, and it's still looking as good as new. And, if problems arise, hansgrohe warrants its finishes. You can't abuse it, but you can expect it to weather normal use. The Finoris lines are chunky, curved and modern here, as in the rest of hansgrohe's Finoris line of accessories. This comes with a superb, solid-and-heavy metal drain with a matching chromed stopper and riser lever for opening and closing the drain. Supply lines are integrated into your faucet and are long enough likely to reach your valve, if it's in the wall. hansgrohe is a top-of-the line manufacturer of kitchen and bathroom plumbing accessories. Its design and manufacturing quality are superb and every hansgrohe piece comes with a trustworthy lifetime warranty. I'm a fan of hansgrohe bathroom accessories. They're beautifully finished and precisely made. hansgrohe is a luxury line of bathroom and kitchen plumbing fixtures majority owned by Masco Corporation (also owner of Delta, Peerless and Brito lines), and this is an exquisite hansgrohe bathroom sink faucet.

Calming white

This is a faucet set in pure white with modern styling. The faucet stands 6.5” above the counter and extends 6” into the bowl. It includes a drain assembly and a pull rod for the drain. The faucet is solid brass and hefty. The kit includes the supply hoses that you will connect to your hot and cold supply lines. Also included in the box is a paper installation manual. To install this faucet, you will need 9 mm and 16 mm wrenches, a 2.5 mm Allen wrench, plumber’s tape, plumber’s putty, a flat head screwdriver, and some basic plumbing skills. The faucet has a flow rate of 1.2 gallons per minute. I really like the styling of this faucet. It is sleek and minimalist and will look great in a modern bathroom, providing a calming, no-clutter simplistic effect. The construction of the pieces feels very solid and the action quite smooth. The installation appears above my limited skill level, but I think a real plumber or someone with advanced handyman skills would probably have no trouble with it. Overall, this is a quality faucet that will provide years of trouble-free service.
