It is just a hook, but the quality of the finish, the weight of the material, and the construction is top notch. Coordinates very well with the Joleena line of faucets from Hansgrohe

Great fit and finish. Use your own Allen key for the set screw - the included keys are often a bit small and create a headache where one isn’t needed.

Solid parts and build.

Nice chrome finish, solid construction and parts. Contractor installed it for us. Bought for each bathroom. Very reasonable price!

Hardware Missing

I'm guessing this was a returned item -- there was no mounting hardware included. It matches 7/10 with the Kohler Polished Nickel finish so I'll keep it if I can find the right mounting hardware.

Looks cheap

I searched high and low for a good quality hardware collection that looked classic and modern. On the photos these looked good, but the hangers are really large and look like plastic. I installed it anyways since they work and intended, but not happy with the look. I wish they made them smaller, with a nicer metal feel.
