Sleek and modern shower head

I just renovated my bathroom and needed something to fit the more modern aesthetic I was going for and this shower head from hansgrohe looks amazing in my shower. Just be aware that this only includes the actual shower head and nothing else, no hose or anything so you’ll need to have an existing shower head with hose to replace with this. It is really slim and lightweight but still has a surprisingly powerful spray for it being so compact. It fit on my existing hose without any issues and it wasn’t too difficult to install. It’s a bit pricey for just a shower head without the attachments, but it looks great and works well.

Feels so good!

This hansgrohe Rainfinity 2-inch Handheld Shower Head 1-Spray PowderRain in Chrome, 26863001 produces a wonderful spray of water and feels so so good to stand under. My only and biggest issue with it is that is comes with no hose or anything else at all besides the shower head. Thankfully it threaded right onto my existing hose without any issues and I was able to use it. Using this, it still soaks my hair and body and the flow rate is still low enough that I've never run out of hot water yet using it. It works very nicely and I would highly recommend hansgrohe to anyone looking for a new showerhead.

lightweight... to a fault

I have hansgrohe fixtures in several bathrooms. My wife selected this narrow handle handheld shower head because she wanted something small and compact. She is very petite, at just 5'2" and has small hands. From that perspective, this design exceeded expectations. This unit is small and sleek, and is light weight so that it is a breeze for her to use. I am not keen on how lightweight it is, and I think the price/value ratio is lacking. I had to buy other materials to finish the job. This is suitable as a replacement handle only.

Top Tier Performance

This Rainfinity 2 from hansgrohe features top of the line materials to achieve a high performance hand shower wand. It addresses some of the issues with traditional wands that can be bulky and awkward to handle. The slim design makes for a lighter weight wand that is much more maneuverable and capable in the shower. The bar shaped spray head creates a rectangular area of spray that can be focused and aimed easier than round patterns. Like a broom or a squeegee the flat long shape seems more appropriate than a round shape. The overall experience results in a more controlled and arguably more relaxing or at least efficient showering experience. Compatible with most shower wand mounts is can be used to retrofit your existing fixture or added in a new fixture setup. I find the premium price of this Rainfinity 2 does indeed express itself. Very nice. 5 stars for excellent design and performance.

Light weight and well made

This shower head arrived quickly. It is light weight and robust. I really like the shape and it will be perfect in the bathroom when replacing the existing shower head. It is the shower head only. There are tiny perforations in each circular section. I have included a glasses case to show size comparison. I am really happy with this product and looking forward to having it installed.

3.5 Stars - Price Is Insane For Just A Shower Head

I am a fan of the Hansgrohe plumbing products. My recent bathroom addition features a faucet of this brand and it is a work of art that looks befitting of its high price. I don't mind paying extra for something that looks great and functions great. I thought this shower head would be the perfect complement but unfortunately this item seems truly overpriced. First of all it is extremely lightweight. Although it is chrome and on the smaller side, I still expected it feel a little substantial in my hand. This feels no better than the $20 shower head I purchased from Ikea with a similar design. Also the black rubber nozzles do not look elegant or expensive. They work well but I am sure a more elegant design could have been reached for a premium product at a premium price. The most insulting part of this shower head is that it does not come with the bracket or the hose. The product description states "All hardware required for installation is included " but I guess the bracket and hose are not considered necessary. If this included a bracket and hose to complete the design and look it would be a 4 or 5 star product worth the money but not including these at this price point is a deal breaker.

Slim and elegant...

The media could not be loaded. hansgrohe makes elite bath and kitchen plumbing accessories. This may be just a handheld shower head, but it's expensive and probably worth the price for the following reasons. Each silicone spray tip in this showerhead has five tiny holes in it, not just one, causing the spray this produces to be exceedingly fine, yet the silicone tips are easily prevented from clogging by an occasional swipe with a wash cloth. The handle and end of this showerhead are differing finishes, but both are made of solid metal. This is a lightweight piece, but not lightweight because it's made of cheap plastic. The finish and material are both fitting for the price. Overall, a fine spray head. It comes without a holder so you will either need to buy one, or use the one your shower already has. Since this is kind of a retrofit piece, it comes as just the spray head and does not include the hose or holder.
