Great cookware to save time and space

First, this is a very versatile pan. With its flat bottom and low sides, it gives you lots of real estate to sauté or brown in it. Because it doesn't have the long handle of a traditionally fry pan, it can go right from the stovetop to the oven easily (even if you have a small oven). I also find this a great pan to make dishes like linguini or risotto. Best of all, once you're done cooking it goes right to the table. The included trivet is very handsome looking and goes so well with the pan. While this pan says that it is made in China, it is still very well made and I don't see any real difference with the All-Clad that I own that is made in America. Being made in China, I think that's how they are able to price this pan at $120. I own several other pieces that were made in China, a stock pot and the roasting pan, and they are all working as well as the others. Honestly, the only real difference in quality I can see so far is that the handles. The surface is kinda wavy as the American All Clad that I purchased over 20 years ago. The surface is still smooth and solid, you just see the waviness in its reflection. I don't know if they are all that way now since this is the first All Clad pot/pan that I have bought in at least 10 years. This pan is lightweight because of the anodized construction and coupled with the thick bottom, it distributes heat very evenly so it performs very well and is easier to handle when loaded up with food. I can see us using this pan for many daily tasks and the non-stick will make cleanup easier and less oil to make them healthier too. Overall, I'm very pleased with this pan and think it will make an excellent addition to your kitchen. Like my other All Clad pans, I am expecting this to last for decades, I will be surprised if it doesn't.

Beautiful cookware

Beautiful and super easy to use pan. I love this pan, even scrambled eggs won’t stick. Another great All Clad find, the wood trivet is beautifully made nice and smooth, the arcadia wood spoon is lightweight and looks beautiful when serving. I chose to give us a four star rating because there were no care instructions included with the product other than a scan this QR code, which led to a broken link. Upon emailing the company I only receive generic care instructions, with no care instructions for the trivet or spoon.

Food cooks very evenly; worth the splurge

This is another product from this line that lives up to its reputation. Not only does it look so good on my counter, but it is wonderful to cook in. I love the size as I can create several large meals but it's also not so bulky that I can't easily store it. It comes with a wooden spatula and a wooden trivet, which are a nice touch. For reference, I have a gas stove. Food cooks evenly as the pan distributes heat very well. I do caution to be careful with the handles because they get hot! Keep some gloves nearby if you need to move it off the stove or transfer to the oven. That is something else I really like about this pan - you can use it both on the stove and in the oven. So if you want to sear some meat and then cook it a bit more, this is perfect for that. Same as the stove, food cooks very evenly. Whatever the technology they use, it works so well and this is absolutely worth splurging on.

This is going to be my new kitchen go-to pan

I'm in the process of doing our second round of pan upgrades, from the stuff I used just out of college (junk) to the pretty decent stuff I was able to afford after those wore out, to finally getting some good stuff now. I keep eyeing All-Clad pans and trying to decide which ones I really really need vs what I just want. I'm really glad I put this in the "need" column. I'm in love with anodized pans because of the practically indestructible, still mostly non-stick surface. Plus they just look a bit classier than teflon. Knowing there's a quality All-Clad base inside is just the icing on the...pancake? Anyway, the pan has a ton of usable space, to the point where when I'm just cooking for the 2 of us, I can actually fit multiple parts of the meal in it if I need to; or, if it's something like pasta, there's plenty of room to stir everything together without slopping stuff over the sides. The loop handles are firmly attached to the sides and make this a great pan to stick under the broiler to finish off a steak or something, since without a pan handle you can fit it right in the center of the oven. It also makes it easier to fit in the dishwasher... ...OK, I heard the gasps. Yes, I put my nice pans in the dishwasher. Aside from my single cast-iron, I don't get anything that's not dishwasher safe, because life is too short. And honestly, with the nice heavy base on this thing, I might actually be using the cast-iron less now. I'm already starting to consider this my "just leave it on the stovetop, you know you'll probably use it tonight" pan, which will displace the cast-iron to the back of a cupboard. So this pan is awesome, well worth the cost. Make it your new go-to pan!

Love this product!

This item came with a cute wooden spoon plus the wooden board to set the pan on. It's a beautiful gift idea! I got this cause I needed a new pan for my veggies and this didn't disappoint. It works great for other things as well. I've cooked pancakes, eggs, carne guisada, veggies, etc. It's easy to clean and the size is perfect! Overall product with great quality.
