Handles are strong & sturdy
We loved the strength of the handles. I cooked a 26 lb ham and had no problem picking up the pan.

Beast mode pan
This roaster is a heavy duty pan that doesn't disappoint. I have used it in the oven and in my smoker on hams, turkeys, pork butt etc. 25lb turkey...no problem. It didn't even flex it. I had a cheap roaster before this one that was too small and it ended up making a mess in the oven because it didn't contain the whole bird. Foil pans were my go to for the smoker and its always sketchy moving them around when they are full of meat and juices. The rack is heavy duty and keeps the meat suspended up out of the juices nicely. Cover the pan and you still get the moisture and steam effect but without the bottom of the meat being all soggy. I specifically looked at this pan because it has no coating...I can shred meat or make pan gravy right in the roaster. Non stick pans end up with scratches and eventually the coating fails and ends up in the food. It doesn't clean up as easily as a non stick...but I don't have to handle it with kid gloves either. Chainmail scrubber for any heavy bits and scotchbrite pads for the rest and it cleans up just fine. They are proud of these, but I can honestly say I think it will last a lifetime. One less thing to worry about on holiday meal days and no more disposable foil pans on the smoker make it totally worth it.

just what I was looking for
A beautiful pan. I got the smaller size, perfect for my family. Easy to lift handles. Sturdy stainless steel. Love using it. Was recommended by one of the cooking / recipe websites I use frequently, and I am so glad that I took the recommendation.

Dimensions for the small roasting pan
The exterior dimensions for the pan is 15.25 inches long x 12 inches wide. I was looking for a roasting pan that I could fit two, side by side, in my oven and took a chance knowing that the dimensions listed on Amazon and All-clad’s site were interior dimensions. And it fits! It helps that the handles don’t stick out too much. Perfect for cooking two smaller turkeys in my 36-inch range.

Won't fit in UK/EU ovens
This will not fit in European ovens, its larger than 16 inches because of handles, get the smaller size or buy an American style oven that fit the oversize US Turkeys
