Scared the ..... out of some of our older residents
I live in an active adult community where ages run from 55-95. Our annual Halloween party is well attended by all age groups. Well, it's entirely possible that someone in their 90's isn't encouraged by the sight of the grim reaper, especially when the grim reaper is carrying a clipboard of names and tells them he sees their name on there. It didn't help that my wife was dressed as a corpse and told everyone she always accompanied the reaper on his nightly rounds! We won first place but no one seemed willing to actually hand us the prize package - apparently in the dimly lit room the scythe looked a bit more real than it actually is. I'm sure I did nothing to encourage that belief. Older women ran when I asked them to dance, younger women proclaimed that it wasn't their time and that I could go to h..l which is silly because that is not where the grim reaper hangs out (those people are already dead after all). Oh, I should mention that my wife had gotten me a voice changing device that I clipped inside the cloak and it made for a very scary sounding reaper. A very nice costume (do order the separate skeleton gloves - they really add to the effect and of course you need the scythe as well) at a very reasonable cost. The XL size fit my 6'2", 220lb body just fine.

I love it!
As someone who's never really done Halloween and was looking for a first costume, I was dubious about getting this online without being able to try it on. But I needed a costume for a party and this looked promising. I am so glad I went for it! It fits great, it's lightweight and comfortable. It's a little long still, but that's not surprising, given my height, and overall it's not a significant drawback. I definitely recommend this for the un-creative types like me who need a good costume.

NOT Plus Sized....
It's ok for the price. For a "Plus Size" it's pretty slim in the middle. I'm chubby, but not that big. Length is ankle on a 5'9" frame. Hood is huge so it'll easily cover a large mask, and the drape is nice. It'll work for a costume, but this is definitely not a plus size.

The media could not be loaded. This costume was great! I liked the mask, but wore a ski mask under as it was cold. Don’t forget to buy a scythe !

Soo.... This costume fit great on me as a 6', 240lb man. I don't know if that helps much but there it is. I didn't use the mask, but the robe was pretty great. I'd buy from this company again.

Grim Reaper was a hit.
The costume was for a surprise B'day party for our oldest son. The theme was half way to the grave. My granddaughter wore it and followed him around half the night without speaking.. Great response from the guests.

Zum erschrecken anderer Leute super aber mann schwitzt schnell drunter und bekommt schlecht Luft also nicht für einen ganzen Abend. Ich habe es bei helloween angehabt und die meisten Kinder sind erstmal einen Schritt zurückgegangen und haben sich nur mit Überwindung getraut etwas aus meiner Süßigkeitenschale heraus zunehmen.
