It has a good scent that lasts as long as the bar soap. I'm an old geezer and have used Irish spring bar soap most of my life. I recently decided to try the body wash. It does not lather anywhere near as well as the bar soap. It is a psychological thing that messes with my old mind. I believe it cleans well. I don't believe it is as good a value as the bar soap. It takes quite a few pumps of the liquid to get a small amount of lather going. The most important advantage the body washes have is that they do not use paraben. That's the stuff that combines with your sweat and body fluids that make that nice white scum on your shower walls that is hard to remove. I now find that I do not have to scrub my shower as frequently. So I guess it's worth the extra cost.

Irish Spring 5 in 1

I didn’t realize this was being marketed as a product for men. It’s fine for women too. It has a nice, but not overpowering fragrance; I like that I can use it as a shampoo; it works just as well on my hair as any other shampoo, and I don’t have to buy an extra bottle. It’s gentle on my skin. The only thing I don’t like is that it doesn’t rinse off well. It leaves a film on my skin.

This has to be the best value Body Wash on Amazon. 5-in-1 sounds ludicrous but it seems to do the trick.

Hmmmm... Not what I expected.

The reason I was looking for an all in one solution is because I love the Irish Spring scent. The shampoo portion was appealing... To match my body wash. However, this product's scent is a bit off. So I'm a bit disappointed. I use the Irish spring body wash everyday so I know that scent well. :S

Great all in one wash

Hubby loves this stuff. It smells great and makes hair soft. Bonus is that the smell on you keeps mosquitoes away (we’ve tested this with everyone in house).
