pretty dress and well-made

This is a beautiful dress--I almost went with it for my son's wedding but I found another one that was more suitable for my body type. I'm only 5'2" and 150 lbs. I usually wear a 10 but I ordered a 12 and it fit.

beautiful, but beading rubs

Beautiful dress, flattering for pear shaped figures, not overly long (a few inches on floor--5'5"). Came with scarf and extra beads. Has internal loops that snap at neckline to hold scarf, but they were a bit irritating to the collarbone (could be removed, I guess), as was the beading at the neckline--it comes very high on the neckline so rubbed against the skin. Sadly, couldn't see wearing for wedding/reception length of time.

So many compliments!

I wore this as mother of the groom - was the perfect amount of sparkle/dressy - not too much, not too little. I loved the length too. I'm 5' 8" and the length hit me just at my ankle, so that it looked great with a small heel and I didn't need it hemmed. I was worried that the sequins around the arms would rub me raw over the evening, but they did not - I made it through unscathed! I received so many compliments...I would definitely recommend this dress. The capelet dress from the same designer was a close 2nd choice, but I'm very glad I chose this one. The bride asked me to wear sage green - this was called celadon, but worked perfectly.

Color ordered was blush, this is not any form of blush or pink

I love this dress, fits nice as expected...the color quoted is not blush or any form of pink, it's taupe, tan, light brown. It's perfect if it can be sent in pink as pictured on website.

If you can fit in regular size.

If you can fit into a regular sized dress and your a bigger girl just go up a size. If you are a true 14W i an sure it will fit perfectly.
