This paddle is great
I am playing improved significantly thanks to this paddle. It is light and forgiving, good for spinning, very forgiving for simple return. It has great handling, good spin and speed.

Great paddle I was able to snag at 50% off. Good spin and power with a decent sponge for defense.

a beginners paddle, not a lot of speed in it.
Although it has carbon technology, this paddle does not have a lot of speed in it. It offers nice control and medium speed which is suitable for beginners. If you are looking for a paddle that you can grow with, maybe this one is not the right one for you. The specs state a weight of 150g, when actually it is 170g, so you might want to consider that when buying. Over all, it is a solid paddle for beginners, that will only take you so far.

Great defensive racket
I've tried a half-dozen rackets and this is my favorite. Great for control and blocking; maybe average for spin. I tried a fast "offensive" racket and hit it off the table too much. Came back to this one as my favorite in this price range.

Forgiving and precise
First of all, after my experience as a mid.level player, you cannot confide in the ratings regarding SPEED, SPIN AND CONTROL, between different brands of rackets. This Carbon Pro has an incredibly precise hit. You place the ball exactly where you want and it is definitely forgiving on your mistakes. Under hard play, it gives you one extra hit over similarly priced rackets.It places the ball in the table like magic. Coming from a Stiga Cannon, an excellent mid level racket, this one plays in another league. Its is truly light, thus very easy to handle and to change between fore stroke and backstroke. The rubber isn't very thick but feels sticky enough and the blade feels amazing. Truly recommended.

Solid Bat
Not a bad bat for someone trying to bridge the gap between beginner and competitive player. The rubber is a bit slower than I thought it would be but it has great control and I can put some pretty mean spin on the ball. If I knew any better before I bought this I may have just bought a custom one, but it took buying this one to figure out what I wanted. I've been playing on it almost daily for three months and other than a scratch or two from the table, it is holding up great. If you are thinking about spending 40-60 get this one. Otherwise save a few weeks and get it custom.

Solid racket providing great control especially for top spin shots
Recently got a new high quality table and of course wanted to pair that with a great racket. I completely have enjoyed this racket. The increase in control that I have over my shots, especially looping top spin is fantastic. I feel like more shots are connecting with the table instead of just missing or going too far. Excellent blend of power and control. Great racket for any competitor that wants to feel like they're competing at a very high level.

Good bat for beginners
I bought 2 bats for 15 quid to start with and the surface of the rubber they had was smooth so you didn't have good traction with the ball and obviously generating any spin was a real challenge. I bought this Joola one and you can get a decent amount of spin on your servers and it connects with the ball much better, allowing for more speed and control. Great bat for those who are just starting out, but also what a bit of quality in their bat.

This paddle is legendary would reccomend it to everyone
This paddle is amazing it has high quality wood and rubber, the ball bounces off the paddle pretty hard so you just have to adjust it a little bit and you got it smashing opponents and producing a lot of spin. A big thing that's good about this paddle is that it has a good grip and and is hefty yet not to heavy so you can easily move your arm and hit strong hits consistently. The last major thing is that its made by joola so you can trust them before you read any reviews. So that's the end of my review and I think this is a very good buy for intermediate or even advanced player.

Great racket for serious players
The surface has more bounce and control than the usual cheap racket I've played with all my life. There is a period of adjustment of course, but once I got used to it, my game improved quite a bit.
