Love them

UPDATE: I received the new pair of boots I ordered. They were not covered in any white film, I received the correct size and everything was great! Perfect, beautiful boots they are adorable and I can’t wait for my daughter to wear them! 5 stars for the look and quality of the boots, 2 stars for receiving wrong sizes and white film on boots. First I’m disappointed because I received one size 11 boot and one size 9 boot in the box. I know mistakes happen, and I’ve never had an issue ordering shoes from amazon so I’m not trying to be extremely harsh or anything. So I have to return them regardless of how they look or how much I love them. I reordered the boots already. I would say they are actually on the smaller side. I have them in the adult version and they run large but the toddler version seems to run smaller. There was a white film covering the boots which I read can be caused by heat and is totally normal for rubber boots. Anyone else having this issue I read you clean the boot with water, and then rub a small amount of olive oil onto the boot and the white film should go away, so don’t use household cleaner. I’m not willing to try this on boots I’m about to return, but if the new pair has the white film (and hopefully they’re the correct size boots in the box and not two different sizes), I will definitely try the olive oil. The boots are adorable and I love joules, they’re very good quality boots. I hope the next order which will be coming in a couple of days is correct and has two of the same size boots :)

Covered in white "stuff" ????

I will update If 2nd try changes my mind. I was very happy with how fast these items shipped...but would've waited longer for a quality product to arrive. Even more angered bc Christmas is right around the corner. These boots arrived with white stuff all over them. White "stuff" that not a single house cleaning prpduct of mine could get off. Waiting on shipment#2. Will update is the 2nd time is a charm. Beyond maybe just being a bad pair, the boots appear to be made well. I truly hope the 2nd shipment is a good pair.

Not good for kids

Love these boots for my daughter but the brad holding the bow fell out around the 5th wear. There is no replacing it or fixing it. I won't be buying these again for my daughter.

Cute but poor quality.

We were in love with these boots. But the second time they were worn the bow fell off on one side just like in one reviewers picture. The other sides are bending, and look like they are ready to fall off also. My five year old is so disappointed.

Just don't

Okay so for $50 I got to waste Amazon's money by then delivering me this beautiful boot which I wish was actually the size I ordered... I ordered the infant 6 months to 12 months and I got a u.s. size one which is I guess what they said but completely incorrect to the size it should be... I took a picture of it next to my 13 month old daughter's foot to show you what size arrived... Will be returning because they won't fit her for 6 to 7 more years...... my daughter typically wears a size 3 shoe in toddler. I'm a size 8 in women's And it's closer to my size. (black/green socks)

Read reviews before you purchase

Ordered fire pair covered in a chalk mould which Mould should clean off before sending to a customer sent them back ordered a second pair just the same then had to buy hunter Welly cleaner to clean them which took up to a hour soooooo soooooo poor !

Not worth the effort

Had to return this product for a replacement as the boots were completely covered in a powdery white film. The replacement, whilst not covered to the same extent, still contained a significant amount of white film. The powder was very difficult to remove and results in a lacklustre finish. Would strongly recommend avoiding purchasing, not worth the hassle.
