Incredible

I bought one last summer for a quick trip to a friend's wedding. I was SHOCKED at how durable the thing was! In the Seattle airport, I had a 40 minute layover, which is nothing once you are finally off one plane, running through the airport, down the escalator, on to the shuttle, across the platform, on to the next shuttle, up the escalator and down another wing of the airport to get to your flight on time. I had only packed a few days worth of clothes, but I had a VERY large purse with my laptop and other heavy items in it that I had secured around the telescoping handle. I was able to lift everything and swing it around to get where I needed to be, even with all of the weight on it. I was so impressed with it that I bought 2 more for my kids carry-on. After reading reviews, it seems as though the low rated reviews are because people expect checked baggage quality at carry-on luggage pricing. While I do think it could handle being tossed around the cargo belly of the airplane, I bought a carry-on and only need it to be durable enough to get through the airport with me and then chill in the overhead storage. I will say that after my kids suitcases arrived, I realized that my handle was VERY difficult to expand and collapse. I thought it was just me not doing it right somehow, or just the design on the handle, but I think mine is in fact a little production error in the handle only. Wonderful luggage. GORGEOUS colors. Zippers are hefty. Wheels are great in all directions. Overall, highly recommend.

Loved this suitcase, doubled as a cane in the airport

Perfect size, great color! No one on the airplane had the same color! It was easy for flight attendant to find my suitcase in the overhead for me. ( I use a wheelchair and my suitcase was stowed by someone other than me). The suitcase was perfect size for a weeks worth of clothing. Plus extra room to take gifts with me. I also ordered a matching mint green soft side 9.99 carryon and placed my purse, small blanket, airline pillow( which I didn't use, kinda stupid, didn't like it, I suggest you try an airplane wraparound pillow first before taking it on plane) and folded canes inside. This suitcase moved very smooth. Airline attendants that helped with wheelchair found it easy to transport as well. I used it for walking balance, as a second cane, and it was great.

Worth more than the purchase price!

I just returned from New Orleans and used the 2 larger bags. Absolutely wonderful bags! My daughter and granddaughter loved the Rose Gold and they were easy to spot on the carousel. When I got home I used a soft rag and liquid Pledge to remove any scuffs. There were more than a few marks of white paint after dragging one of the suitcases down a flight of stairs and they all disappeared. Definitely recommend this set! (I actually purchased the carryon first, but returned it and bought the 3 piece set after I saw how amazing it was.)

Does not come with instructions to change TSA lock :(

Looks like a decent carry-on but disappointed that there aren't instructions to reset the TSA lock like it says that they are included.

Great purchase

It was a great carry-on suitcase for traveling. Fit in overhead compartment, easy to maneuver, will definitely take it again!

Fausses dimensions !

Attention, les dimensions indiqués sont celle de la coque ET NON PAS LES DIMENSIONS TOTALES. C'est 14,76 po x 10,04 po X 22.64 po ! Elle ne respecte donc pas les dimensions permises pour les bagages en cabine ni de Air Canada ni de Air Transat. Sinon, excellente valise.

Nice item NOT NICE ARRIVAL CONDITION

I would like to give the item more stars, as it is a really lovely colour: a turquoise/mint colour that has a nice glossy finish. The rose gold hardware looks really beautiful as well. The zippers and hardware feel sturdy and the retractable handle is sturdy enough, although when fully extended it has more wobble/play than I prefer. Interior is really nice. Shipping was on time. HOWEVER, the reasons I cannot give a great review is the following: 1) The fabric that the zippers are sewn into that encircles the entire suitcase is already soiled, despite the suitcase arriving sealed in a plastic bag, inside a cardboard box. See photos. There are brown streaks and spots on the fabric, all the way around and are clearly visible, especially when I unzip the extender. 2) The pieces that the wheels are attached to are already dirty. 3) Last but not least, what appeared to be a pubic hair (curly, thick, long with its white bulb on the end) was stuck in the main zipper. :0 Needless to say, the item itself is lovely, but the condition it arrived in is NOT. I will be seeking to contact the seller and/or Amazon but I don’t feel it’s fair that I pay over $80 for an item and I have to deal with an apparently used item with dirt, pubic hair and now the hassle of dealing with it.

Needs to be zipped up to for on Air Canada flights

Great carry on. Doesn’t fit as a carry on when flying with air Canada unless its zipped up. I have not tried any other airline. I was able to sit on it and get it zipped up! Sturdy. Rolls great. No real issues plus it’s cute.

Super cute and durable

It lasted me many rough trips while still looking cute! Strong wheels that could thread on cobblestones for a long time without breaking apart.

Zipper installed upside down !?!

Not sure how it’s possible to install a zipper upside down .. but it happened!!?? The main bottom zipper is not only installed ‘upside down’ but the zipper is also missing the tab that you would use to zip the liner up. Aside from the weird zipper issue this bag otherwise seems to meet my needs!
