Nice bathroom faucet

I was skeptical because if mixed reviews. I ordered 2 for a double vanity. They are of good quality and look nice. I did read in some of the reviews that the water was loud when turned on. It is a little louder than my previous faucet but its not a make or break for me. Its no louder that my bathtub so its really not an issue.

Pretty

VERY PRETTY. But, Handles are a little wobbly. “H” and “C” buttons were glued (very) crooked. I like that the faucet swivels.

Didn’t Last

Gave out after 6 years, not fixable. We’ve had this faucet for 6 years and at first it was great, looked great, worked great, loved it. After about a year the little H/C caps popped off sometimes and we finally had to glue them in place. Then last year the cold handle started getting stiff to turn. My husband is pretty handy but because of the set up of this faucet there wasn’t much he could do to fix it. It’s in our kids bathroom and the youngest has a really hard time turning it. Now in the last couple of months it has started to leak and is progressively getting worse. And again, because of the way its made it can’t be fixed. We have to order a new faucet but even thought I LOVE the look of this one we won’t be ordering it again.

Well made beautiful faucet

Excellent quality solid brass construction. Worth the slightly hire cost and faucet should last a lifetime. My plumber who installed the faucet stated how impressed he was with the faucet.

Good value, good looking

I'd give it 5 stars, but for 2 small issues. 1) the hot/cold inserts tend to pop out 2) the water does not shut off immediately when turning the water off Neither of these are deal breakers, and the price paid does make it a value, looks good and well built.

Leaking faucet - replaced

Sent email to customer service -- faucet leaking from center of faucet under sink. The supply lines are not leaking and faucet is beautiful but is leaking from faucet itself. -- will adjust review when receive response on exchange. Update: received replacement and works like a charm. Thanks!

Beautiful touch

The media could not be loaded. This thing is really beautiful. I replaced our old Delta faucet for this and I'm very happy with it. I saw the mixed reviews and thought I might be shooting myself in the foot by trying it, but it's really beautiful and matches our ensuite bathroom. I did remove the water saver top cap in the tap and it works great. Sounds like a regular faucet so I'm not sure why people said it's loud lol, strange, maybe that's the difference. No leaks. It does not come with the supply hoses, so if it's a new install instead of a replacement you may want to get that too. I also used the new washers that it came with in the supply line because my old ones were pretty dank and crumbly. There is a rule now in this bathroom that you have to dry your hands before you shut the tap off, so it doesn't get water spotted or dirty. Oil rubbed bronze can be a pain if you don't maintain it properly, so as long as you are aware, this faucet is beautiful and cheap for the look. I wouldn't recommend this finish if you have children. Not the easiest to install, mostly because of the rubber stopper on the bottom of the drain pipe. You really have to tighten it and make sure you seal the top to prevent a leak, don't just use the rubber washer assuming it's going to do it all on it's own. Use some sealant! No parts popping off yet so fingers crossed.
