Very nice design, very functional... minus one star because nickel plating could be thicker

Nickel plating is a little thin on these, I had to replace the spout when I accidentally scratched it... and tried to "brush" the scratch away using a fine grit sandpaper which has been OK on other fixtures. On this the nickel quickly disappeared. That said, the valves are solid brass, the design is simple with a nice long spout to get your hands away from the edge of the sink. So I gladly paid for the replacement and made a mental note to just be a little more careful around them.

Poorly manufactured

Great finish, like the look but our plumber had to drill out the faucet to clear it so the water could come out! Very strangely made or product defect control.

Nice looking faucet

Nice faucet but the valve handles need adjusting to get them level. They have a spline stem but isn't fine enough adjustment

Handles not horizontal

As stated by others, this faucet is definitely well-built and solid. It installed relatively easily, but when it came time to attach the handles I realized that the splines on the valve shaft were not aligned in such a way as to allow the closed handles to sit horizontally. I attempted to tighten the valve inserts to properly align the splines but neither budged as they were already torqued down as far as they would go. I did not try to loosen the valve inserts as that would likely result in leakage. C'est la vie, I guess I have a faucet with slightly-less-than-horizontal valve handles.

Modern and functional

This is the second one we bought as we broke the spout getting the old one off. We usually would switch out faucets ourselves but wall mount is tricky and needed a pro to change the valve. It is attractive modern and easy for kids to use. Finish cleans up nicely.

Home damage

I'm VERY sad and disappointed to have to add myself to the negative reviews for this faucet. I searched high and low for the "look" I wanted and fell in love with this one. Visually... design wise.... it's gorgeous! Perfect for my application. 2 years in I was outside doing yard work and happened to look at my basement window and the sheet rock was falling off the wall. After a lot of trying to figure out the source and a large plumbing bill... turns out the fitting cracked (just like the other reviewers) after 2 years. I still haven't repaired the sheet rock. I need to order another faucet for the other bathroom and was going to order another one of these, but after looking at these reviews I realize it wasn't a "fluke" it is a somewhat common occurrence. Now I have to find a new faucet (hopefully better quality) and will replace the original one as well. I don't want to go through this again if I can possibly avoid it.
