Jacket for a suit

I thought that I was buying a suit but I receuved a jacket. Is not fair. It Is not in the main information.

I usually wear a 44R but seeing all the other reviews, I heeded the advice and purchased the 46R instead. It fits exactly like a 44R for me. Sizing disaster averted! The Super 110 is nice and soft...not as soft as Super 120 but feels sturdier - I also have an old Super 150 that feels like really thin & cheap toilet paper...yes, the 150 feels softer but also feels like it has less substance too. The Super 110 is also nicer than the ready-to-wear department store suit jackets. I ended up taking a Tommy Hilfiger TH Slim Fit suit back as this was nicer in cloth materials (this is 100% wool whereas the TH was a wool-blend) and in construction, as well. The Button Down brand uses half-canvas (wish it was full canvas which would be an absolute steal at this price) versus the fused construction of the TH flex suit. The major critique that I have with this suit jacket is that they are only offered in basic solid colors. I would like to see windowpane, houndstooth, or some classic patterns and designs, at the very least. Quality is nice for the price. I think the price could be a tad lower. $200 - 225ish seeing that the interior lining still uses 50% polyester. Use 100% viscose. I think that would warrant the $269 price that it is currently. Still, I was nicely surprised that Amazon was able to deliver something of this quality with their in-house brand. Well done!

High Quality, High-End Suit Jacket

This is a really nice suit jacket. My teenage son hates wearing suits but if he has to wear them he tends to take after his father and prefers quality. Usually I'm stuck taking him to a tailor to have him fitted properly since off-the-rack suits run too long in the arms for him. This is perfect. Fits him great. No tailoring needed. The quality is just as good as the suit jackets I've paid an arm and a leg for at high-end department stores. Comes in a very nice hanging bag to keep it from getting wrinkled. The fit is great, the material has a luxury feel to it, nice accents. Highly recommend if you're looking for a high-end suit jacket.

A handsome blazer that is both comfortable and handsome, but 'tailored fit' means 'runs a little small'

This handsome blazer is very stylish with solid stitching and a sleek profile. A handsome uniform dark black blazer, this blazer will be suitable for a variety of occasions, capable of being dressed up and dressed down, so it can be one of those 'foundation' items in your wardrobe. It moves well and does not become wrinkled immediately once you take it off the hanger. Be warned that this size 48 jacket runs tight and is probably closer to a 46. Perhaps that's a consequence of the 'tailored fit,' which may be a euphemism for 'tight.' On the plus side, the sleeves are the perfect length for a 48.

Beautiful jacket, fit questionable

Beautiful jacket out of equally beautifully soft Marino wool. It fits well through the chest but is tight through the upper sleeves which is too bad because otherwise this is a great jacket

Great quality, cut small

My husband loved this jacket as soon as we opened it. It's very good quality, great material, and well made with great finishing details. Unfortunately, even though this is the size he wears every day, this is significantly too small.
