Great for 3-4 Years (Then the Handle Gets Sticky)

This is the 3rd time I bought this umbrella, so I obviously like it a lot. The rubber handle is nice and grippy when wet which is good. But after 3-4 years the rubber handle gets sticky and I have to replace it. The umbrella is fairly sturdy for a small travel umbrella. I haven't had one break on me yet, but I also haven't used it in very windy conditions so you may not be as lucky as me. In any case, spending less than $20 for a good quality umbrella in a nice color is a good deal in my opinion. I've also given a few of these as gifts.

Best Bang For Your Buck

Between my wife and two kids we misplace umbrellas and never have one when needed. That changed with these umbrellas. I keep two in each car, two at our front door, and one at work. They hold up well in moderate winds. One button open and one button collapse of the canopy and a simple push to fully close. I have bought high end units that don't work as well or get lost just as fast.

It's an umbrella. But it's a good one.

My favorite part is there isn't a weird metal release I need to press with my thumb to close the umbrella. That mechanism seems to always break on other similar umbrellas and then they're completely useless. This is an umbrella and it's good at it.

I am really disappointed.. Would it be possible to exchange for ...

Dear seller, I'm not a heavy user of the umbrella that I purchased here in Jan 2017 and I chose this despite it being more pricey than others because of your claims for this item to be windproof and durable. However, a few days ago, I was unable to have it open up fully. One of the spokes seem stuck and I haven't been able to fix it.. I am really disappointed.. Would it be possible to exchange for a new one?
