Comes with some extras!

I really liked that this set comes with the comforter, the pillow case, and two decorative pillows, they are soft, colorful and they just add a nice touch. The main pillow case says "High Score" (one word on each side) The smaller throw pillows say "Level" in rainbow colors on the orange one and "Game Loading" in white lettering on the blue one. the reverse side of both pillows matches the reverse of the comforter: white with game controllers. The comforter has a large video game controller on the one side with the words "Start Game" on the bottom in rainbow colors and the reverse side is completely white with black outlines of game controllers covering it entirely. My son still really loves to play with plushies and makes forts out of extra pillows and blankets, so having these few added throw pillows gives him those fun touches in his room. There are three different colors to choose from, black, gray and white, I got him the white one, which just pops! I love that it's reversible and that it's not cheesy generic. It has the typical "game phrases" without getting too little kid like in an attempt to "be cool". Right after opening it up, my son immediately put all of his game plushies around the bed, on the pillows and hung them off the shelf above his headboard, he was very excited and said several times he was so glad this wasn't a cringe-y set (not sure exactly what that means but I imagine he means not trying too hard :)). The comforter isn't super heavy weight so in colder weather a nice fleece throw could add that bit of extra warmth, and as the seasons warm, this is light enough with a sheet to keep covered and fairly comfy. We've already washed it a few times (cold water and tumble dry cool) and we've had no issues with popped seams, shrinkage or any other kind of damage. I would rate this a four star as it hits a lot of the marks, but it is a little on the high end for price point considering it's not a "character brand" and it's not super heavy. but I am pleased with the overall quality and makeup of the set. I think if You know the child well that You would gift this too, I could see this as a nice Christmas or Birthday set. Because even though it's a "useful" gift it's also a fun gift.

Cute!

This was super cute and came exactly as described. I do wish this came with a matching sheet to finish the look. This is definitely meant to be lightweight for warmer seasons it wouldn't be enough for winter time. This set is darling and I would absolutely recommend it to everyone

This bedding set is sewn very nicely and is made of soft, comfortable fabric. I really like it that it is double sided, which allows me to change up the look of my little boy's room. The included pillows are nicely stuffed and are a really nice addition to the set. The overall workmanship that went into this set is impressive. My eight year old loves this set and the way it brightens up his room. I strongly recommend this set.

A must have for gamers

My grandson loves this comforter set. It has a cute video game theme and looks great in his room. He loves his bed now. This would make a great gift for that die hard gamer kid, boy or girl, of any age in your life. They'll love it.
