Great Lights

Most of the reviews here are for the poles, I didn't buy the poles. I'm not even sure how to buy the poles. I bought the lights that are currently listed here. I paid $8. Yes, $8. For that price, you can hardly go wrong. Are they worth more, yes. The day after I purchased them the price increased to over $20 and steadily increased to nearly $40. They are not worth that much! Quality is good but not worth more than $20.

Great idea, but too flimsy.

I wanted to use these to hold up fairly sturdy market lights over my patio. The prongs on the first one fell off when I tried to pull it out of the ground to relocate. The second one is still up, but is so lightweight that I had to secure it using lines and stakes. I do not recommend this product for anything other than the lightest weight strands of lights, and even then, be careful with them. They are a little flimsy.

Best outdoor lights

I bought these originally from QVC 3 years ago and love them for outdoor parties. I was happy to find more on Amazon and for 1/2 the price- Great quality and pricing.. buy multisets as they connect easy. I was able to add these to my still nice lights from years ago. Can't go wrong-

Cheap for a reason!

Bought these poles to hang string lights over my patio in the backyard. Poles broke upon attempting to hang the lights. Not out of the box for than 5 minutes before breaking. Poles are light weight and thin. May be useful for holiday twinkle lights but not commercial grade string lights. Returned to amazon and got a refund.

Not strong enough to actually hold up a string of lights.

These poles aren’t strong enough to hold up string lights. Even with the spikes in the ground all the way, they started bending over. I ended up using a bungee cord to strap it to a fence post that held it for the night, then took them down. Will be returning them.

Not sturdy or tall enough

These do not hold up, I had sturdy, heavier lights and the pole bends so much already. This MAY work with lighter weight cheaper lights but def not for what I used. They also seemed SO low/short once the steaks were in the ground. I’m also past the return window ????.
