Makes great mashed potatoes very quickly

I've been mashing my potatoes with a fork for years, thinking that I didn't need an unnecessary tool taking up valuable space in the kitchen. Then my daughter asked me to get a masher with holes because she prefers them made that way. I've used this once so far, and I'm sold. It was easy and quick, and I liked the consistency.

Not dishwasher safe

Unfortunately I did not read reviews about cleaning prior to purchase. It specifically states it must be washed by hand. It is not dishwasher safe. If I were to make another purchase, I would select one that states dishwasher safe, such as OXO and other similar mashers.

Best one.

Wow, it is the best potato smasher. It is really worth to buy it. I was skeptical at first, because it didn't have a lot of reviews, but it is legit. Over the time I will see, if it will rust.

Can't tell you how many potato mashers I have gone through, but this is THE ONE. I love it.

Makes Great Mashed Potatoes

I really like this masher. I was using the one on the left but it didn’t mash well into a smoother potato and would leave chunks of potato. If I wanted a creamier potato then I’d have to keep mashing quite a bit. Duh!! Smaller holes makes smaller/smoother mashed potatoes. I should know better. Anyway I it’s good.
