Good blades but need sharpening before used. Due to painted dull edges.

Refund still not here

The blades were fine except they were the wrong ones for our lawn mower. We have not received our refund as of September 13th. Can you check on this for me?

Not High Lift Blades

These are not hi lift blades so the grass will not discharge as well as a 1.25 inch high lift. Blade is very well built. Hope they decide to make a high lift soon.

Better than OEM

Ordered these for a Cub Cadet 1554. Love them. They are better blades than what came with the mower. Key feature is the thickness and the weight of these. I mow about two acres and of course have tall patches and thin patches around the yard. With my old cheap blades that I bought last year, mowing over the thick patches meant a slow down in blade rpm and a slow down in mowing over them. With these blades I hardly noticed any change in rpm even going through the denser part of the yard. No question, buy these over the cheap-o blades that are around.

Thicker and heavier than original blades

Thicker and heavier than the original blades which initially stressed the belt a bit on startup. But now it is fine and they cut well. I wish a mulching blade was an option, but I have a hard time finding a good one.

Excellent blades

These blades cut smooth and are very efficient. I actually use less gas to cut my lawn with these blades installed. No clogging of grass even when lawn is damp. Great product

Lift tips wear off in 1 season

Grass lift tips disappear in one season, which causes grass to clog and not get thrown out.
