great product, just not for me!

i am used to the “photoshop blur” primer that is like a cloudy clear color. i purchased this to give it a shot, but this for me personally, is better for those without much texture in their skin. it’s quite sticky, and great for all day wear.

Maybelline Fit Me Matte + Poreless Mattifying Face Primer Makeup With Sunscreen

As I have gotten older, my face has gotten oily to the point I hate wearing foundation. I really like how the clay in this absorbs the oil. I have never been able to wear SPF, as it breaks my face out, but with this I have not had a problem. Will definitely buy again. I use it instead of foundation now.

If you’re an oily girly like myself (lol) this is for u! I wouldn’t recommend using on under eye because is mattifying so it will definitely dry ur under eye too much and look dry and brittle but for the rest of my face it works wonders

I was really hoping to love this product as I STILL use the Maybelline Fit Me foundation and powder amidst having a higher budget for most of my makeup items, they just work so well, it's a great life hack. HOWEVER, I found this to be an incredibly heavy product on my skin that I didn't enjoy nor do I think my makeup went on as well afterwards. It is clear as can be and feels like it just clogs my skin nor does it seem to actually help my oily skin stay matte

Ouch... allergies. My face is now covered by pimples

I really wanted to like this, but I developed an allergy to it. I started using the product on Thursday and my face still looked fine. I used it on Friday again and noticed the appearance of a couple of pimples. I did not panic right away, but I stopped using the product, thinking it will go away. Then on Saturday, I realized more pimples appeared, but it was not itchy or painful. Sunday, even more pimples appeared and it became itchy. By Monday, my whole face and parts of my next were covered with pimples and it started to hurt a bit. I got a hydrocortisone cream at the pharmacy. It soothes my skin, but the pimples just won't go away or diminish. Now my face is covered by numerous red pimples and I am slightly "disfigured". I usually never develop allergies to products, I don't have sensitive skin. This is one of the worst product I've used on my skin. At this rate, I won't be able to show my face in public. I hope my face returns to normal really soon. It's been over 48 hours, so I'm a bit worried.

Great primer

I like this primer. On days that I don't go out I use it alone with no foundation, then add my powder and blush. I'm fortunate to have clear skin at my age (70s). This works perfectly as I don't always want to wear foundation.

Wouldn't buy again

It could just be me and my skin type but this stuff burned my skin like none other. Wouldn't buy again.
