Good product at a good price.

Very nicely packed and very nice product but it a bit too aggressive from what I am use to. Wish I would have known... Be weary and use leather gloves as this one will strip metal clean instantly.

Love the wide profile design

Well balanced although had to trim off a few wild wires that whack your fingers if left undone. Solid wide thick wire bristles.

A Wide Wire Wheel for Six Inch Bench Grinder

The product is well built. However it is wider than usual and the side cover on the grinder machine must be removed for it to work.

Should have bought these WEEKS ago

Been scraping, scrubbing, and grinding on the firewall of an 81 Camaro for a couple of weekends now trying to get all the old factory seam sealer and layers of paint off from other people painting and repainting it over the years. I scrape as much of the big stuff off as possible by hand. Then I moved to the 7" angle grinder for the larger areas. Last I was using a knotted wire brush (DW4902) with an Ingersoll Rand 301B Angle Die Grinder for the smaller areas. Yesterday, I broke one of these little guys out and I was making progress easily TEN TIMES faster than the knotted wire brush. I feel like I would be already done with the subframe and firewall If I had only ordered these things weeks ago. It was working so well that I didn't even go back to the 7" angle grinder for the next open space because this little wheel was working just as well if not better. I used it for about an hour straight and didn't notice any wires flying off like the cheap ones I used with a drill before (none were stuck in my clothes or noticeable on the floor while sweeping up). Definitely the safety gear though. Not because of the usual warning about wires flying off but because of all the debris as this little wheel rips everything off and sends it flying! The wheel on the left in the pictures is after using this item consistently for an hour. The wheel on the right is new out of the box.

easy to install on my sears pedestal grinder

Literally lasted 15 minutes !

I bought this for my DeWalt Die Grinder that rotates at 19 000 RPM, The wheel is rated for 20 000 RPM. I did simple stuff with it as I was removing paint and primer off a galvanized steel guardrail. It did the job but wires were flying. Little I knew, after 15 mins, there was no brush left ! Really disappointed !

Perfect thickness for threads

Works really well for cleaning 2” & up internal npt threads rigid enough to do it quickly and supple enough to get to the bottom of the threads.

A good product

An excellent product. I ordered 3/4" wide. There was no signifigant clearance in my 1" wide guard. But, no problems. Has been used extensively, and width spread is no concern. Neither is loss of wires. I am pleased

Mine says that it takes a 6 inch but this is too big for mine and too wide
