Need a twelve inch spout?

Being a Moen, this is not exactly a top end product, but it is rare in having a 12 inch long spout. I have had two of these in my house for 6 years. The one that gets used a lot (kitchen) developed a leak around the body, and had to be replaced. In general they are easy to use, but the spouts tend to become stiff to swing, requiring lubrication of the O-rings, which isn't that bad, but come on, other faucets don't stiffen up like this.

Word "Commercial" is a joke

Have had it 5 years. Has deteriorated like a $50faucet and was no good and badly leaking out of the swivel post area for the last couple of years. Don't waste your money a this Chinese "commercial" junk. Moen doesn't mean quality any more.

Really nice faucet that was easy to install

The spout is maybe a bit longer than I thought it would be, but it works well. My daughter said the size is correct for the size of my sink (water should come out directly over the drain opening), and she had no trouble installing it. It took very little time to do it, and the hardest part was removing the old faucet. It's also a nice looking faucet at a great price. No leaks or other problems so far. It helps this short grandma work at the sink without having to bend over to reach the faucet and it makes it easier to wash larger pots, etc. because they fit better under the spout.

well built piece pf junk

The body seals are too stiff and this loosens the pathetic little retaining nut. The quick release system gets jammed by the retaining nut after is gets backer out making a miserable job to remove. I have had good luck with moen, maybe this is a counterfeit. This maybe is good for scrap metal or is it actually worthless shiny pot metal underneath?

12" swivel faucets are extremely rare; buy this one.

This 12-inch Moen faucet is a rare find, and it's a good one, too. I suspect Kohler would have replaced my previous 12-inch faucet if they hadn't discontinued the part, but since they did, I had to find a replacement. That may have been to my benefit. The side spray is much stronger and easier to use than the Kohler I replaced, and I like the curve of this spout better, too.

Works great

I needed a faucet that was longer than normal for my camp kitchen. It works perfectly and is good quality.

Fine Basic Faucet

Faucet seems fine. Installation was relatively easy. It did have different water line hook-ups than my previous faucet, so I had to get adapters. I really can't give it five stars until I see how durable it is. For now, so far, so good.

Poor Quality

Poor quality item. 1 month of use. Lack of product description;left installation pain.... Mounting to deck continue to loosen up with use, a locking nut or washer would remedy the problem. Leaks from under handle. Handle keeps getting out of aliment so the faucet will not operate or shut off... having to tightening handle every few days, is a huge inconvenience. Sprayer hose has leaked from day 1.
