They are perfect and so secure on my wall, we were able to Install them with a power screwdriver, to the studs inside the wall with the provided long wood screws. They are so sturdy and secure on my bathroom wall. I have purchased more for my garage wall. It’a good safety addition to my home.

Brushed nickel is brushed but not "nickel" color

Unfortunately was not able to use, as the brushed nickel grab bars did not look anything like my other brushed nickel faucets, finish was somewhat brushed but color looked silver like stainless steel, not with the yellowish/beige nickel tint that it shows in the listing pictures. About the other features, I cannot comment as did not install and had to return.

Good Product (professionally installed)

The contractor that installed the grab bar said the installation went OK due to them adding extra blocking during the framing portion of the shower remodel. With that extra blocking, the grab bar sturdiness is off the charts. Also, the extra hardware package from Moes wasn't needed due to the extra blocking.

Great purchase!

Recently purchased for our newly remodeled walk-in shower. Looks great in brushed nickel finish and I like the longer shower hose, which will be helpful for my older folks and washing the doggos!! Will repost after using the power wash cleaning function..

Wonderful MOEN quality!

We are so pleased with our 24" Moen grab bar. This is the second bathtub/shower where we have installed them on ceramic tile walls and we like being able to use them, more so than we thought we would. I installed them so we could find it easier to "age in place". I wanted to install them while I was still able to do it myself rather than hire it done. We are both 75. The match the satin nickel finish to our existing fixtures is quite good and the design and sturdiness of these bars could not be better. Most reviews for grab bars in any of the brands have many complainers. I am glad I did not let them scare me off. I knew MOEN quality would be superior and it is. Thank you MOEN!

2nd one I have purchased

Bought the first one to get a bathroom ready for my father-in-law. It has stood up well over the years so bought another for the other bathroom as we have taken over the house and plan on being here for awhile. Nice finish and solid. I put blocking between the studs for both bars, as the wall mounts are mounted 24" on center, you will miss one stud on a standard 16" on center stud, without blocking. The first bar I installed I cut the drywall and installed a block then re-drywalled. Allows 3 screws per mount so solid. I would buy the grab bar / towel bar by MOEN that comes with a plastic mount "secure mount anchor" to mount to a hollow part of the drywall, if you did not want to put blocking for one mount. However wood 2 x 6 blocking between studs is still the best method.
