Not quite what I thought

When the description said “magnetic handle” I assumed that this would work like a magnetic bit holder, where the bit becomes magnetized by the holder. I assumed the various tips would be magnetized when in the handle. In reality, there is simply a magnet on the back of the holder. It can pick things up, but it doesn’t magnetize anything.

good picks, bad handle.

The picks are good quality and I find them very useful, but the handle is loose and wobbly. The magnet is strong and obtrusive. It would make a good standalone magnet tool, but when you're trying to use it with a pick it's just in the way, as it attracts itself to steel surfaces and makes it harder to do delicate work.
