Muckin is the need

Theses were ordered in the nick of time.. the year of the great snow & mud mess. They keep our feet warm when its’s cold. Dry when its wet and tall enough for snow muckin too. Happy with the extra calf space and comfortable enough to wear during the entire chore and more. Now I’m not descending hills in them.. not quite enough arch flex for that. But they don’t cause extra chaffing inside the boot anywhere for us.

Very durable & flexible

I wear these boots everyday mucking out stalls, pasture work, yard work, etc…. This is my 2nd pair. They are extremely comfortable as well as being durable. My first pair lasted over 2 & half years before cracking a little.

Lasted 5 months before getting a hole

I've been a muck boot fan for over 10 years and I use them almost daily in the PNW. Unfortunately this pair has quite thin rubber over the foot area and I have a big slit in the side of the foot area after 5 months of regular use. Not impressed for the price and will be looking at a different brand. I will say the wide calf area was nice and allowed pants to fit without being too tight. But the boot was also colder than usual and the muck boot brand chore model isn't great at keeping feet warm to begin with.

True Wide Calf Boot for Women!

I have 17.5” calves with a normal sized ankle. These boots are AMAZING! First off, my leg actually fit inside this boot AND there is room to spare for pants!! I have not expanded the buckle yet but may need to with my Levi's. I can never find boots that fit and purchased these based on the reviews. Best decision ever! Well worth the price to have them fit. Best part is that I can get them off as well. Previously I wore a pair of men’s Lacrosse boots. I could not get my pants inside the boot and it was a struggle to get them off my legs due to the suction of no left over space. I experienced no issues with these. I also have a very wide foot. My shoe size is 7.5 and purchased an 8. The shoe part of the boot is a bit narrow. I could not get a thick sock inside but I prefer thinner, cold weather socks anyway. I will try to remember to update my review with a photo. Regardless of the snug foot part, I would absolutely purchase again. I wish more companies would take care of us large calved women! Thank You Muck Boots!!

Simply the best!

I’ve had these for about 5 months now and I love them so much. They are comfortable, fit my calves, are warm but not too warm. I can wear them in the snow with a thick pair of socks. They’re perfect for cold/slushy weather. I went splashing in a shallow river with my dog in December when it was 40 degrees out and my feet were warm and dry! They are holding up well despite the fact that I wear them at least a couple of times per day. They’re totally worth the cost and I suspect I will wear these for years to come!

Couldn't get my foot through the ankle

I have a high instep and was unable to get my foot through the ankle of this boot. It may have a wide calf but if you are wide all the way down it may not work for you. That said, the quality was top-notch.

Very poor

I and my partner have had these boots for 10years plus and I’m sorry to say that they have declined in quantity the one foot the neoprene seam was poorly aligned that it rubbed her foot sore on the dog walk . And the exchange ones are not much better the strap at the back of the boot has come adrift too.
