Bright colors and music
Gifted to a child with special needs. Loves the easy push buttons, bright colors and the music! A great gift!

Great toy
My son loves this toy. He plays with it everyday. The music is pleasant, so it doesn’t drive me crazy... and even if it did I wouldn’t mind because my son loves it. Only thing is the sturdiness needs work because my son was able to break one of the pieces off.

My 10 month-old grand daughter loves it!
I looked for a musical toy less annoying, and found this one. My 10 month-old grand daughter loves it, and started dancing with the music. We all love it.

Surprisingly fun
We were very surprised by this toy. It’s great because the baby loves having the music going and pushing the buttons. But it also keeps us entertained because you can turn on and off each instrument in the orchestra.

Great toy for 8 month old!
I don't usually take the time to review products, but this one stands out as an excellent value worth letting people know about. My grandson loved it from day one. It entertains him for a long time (for an 8-mo old!) and also aids in motor skill development to manipulate the ball to the side he wants to use, and to press the buttons. Best of all the music is nicely performed so an adult can stand hearing it over and over. Notably it is extremely well made (with one exception - the packaging, see note below -- for which I deducted one star). The rounded edges of the cube aid in rolling it, but the mostly flat sides keep it from rolling away, so he is able to control it. He has zeroed in on the "orchestra" setting and already knows that it's the only "button" that will change the tune. He pushes it over and over to get the music to change and the button is holding up well to the overuse. He can't yet distinguish instruments, so he doesn't really use the other buttons yet but that will change in time I expect. He loves having the music play, and will turn back to it immediately once the music stops to restart it. NOTE ON PACKAGING: Be very careful when removing the cube from its cardboard package. The plastic tie holding the ball to the cardboard package is looped behind one of the buttons (piano). The first Mozart Cube we purchased was immediately damaged just by removing the packaging - the piano button didn't work. But the replacement product was fine since I knew about the problem and took extreme care removing that plastic tie. Note that the exchange process was GREAT. I got the replacement package 2 days after requesting an exchange, and hadn't even sent back the damaged one yet. Also, they give you 90 days to return the product- a big plus for a child's toy. I highly recommend this for babies 7 months and older!

meh, not that engaging
got this for my little grand daughter and her parents were not impressed. my 18 month old grand daughter quickly lost interest in pressing the buttons. it worked fine, but wasn't engaging, plus the sound of the tunes annoyed the parents, so i asked them to return it and purchase some alphabet books instead which she loved.

Great idea idea but the device has weaknesses
The ability to listen to each part of a piece of music see and how they build together to make the complete sound is excellent. My grandson loves it. However, the way each instrument is synthesised electronically is poor. The various instruments - piano, harp, horn etc are only vaguely like their true sounds. Had they been more accurate I would readily have awarded more stars. In addition, at the time I made my purchase the item was cheaper. At the current asking price of over £50 I would rate this as rather poor value for money. The device is not highly sophisticated so it is hard to see why it should be so expensive or why the price should be so much more than just a few weeks ago.

A gift for my partially sighted Granddaughter
A gift for my partially sighted granddaughter. It’s quite expensive but hopefully worth the money if she loves it! Arrived quickly.

Best buy
My grandson's favourite toy. He spends ages listening to the music and shaking himself about..trying to dance. Excellent sound.

Dumbed down Mozart Cube
I feel thatthis is a sadly dumbed down versionof the original Mozart Cube, wih babyish rabbit pictures and a tinnier sound. But the child to whom I gave it likes it and I regard it as a good baby introduction to the orchestra.

This was brought for my visually impaired niece who absolutely loved it. She would turn to see the lights especially the red one.
