I think it's cooler than my dog does

I don't think my dog is as excited about the LEDs as I thought he would be. But he loves balls, so it's all good.

Lights lasted 5 days

My dog and I LOVED this ball until the light quit working after just 5 days of play. HE still loves it, I do not. I like how it has the holes in the outer ball that makes it easy to get the ball from my dog to throw, as he plays hard to get and won’t give up his toys so easily. My dog is all black so it’s great when we play at night and I can see the ball floating in the air and I know that he found it in the snow. Our dogs’ balls get lost easily in all the snow we have, so the lights make it great to find them. I take this ball away from my dog when we are not outside playing fetch, because I was hoping that would make the lights have a long life. The outcome was not what I hoped for. They quit working after 5 days of play. We will still use the ball of course, but bummed out we’re not able to see it at night and make things a bit more easy. Overall a great idea.

Rottweiler approved!!

My dog is absolutely obsessed with this ball!! She carries it around like it’s her baby. I have to take it away from her sometimes because she will literally stay up all night playing with it. The battery last pretty long for the amount of time she spends playing with it, too. It also provides great mental stimulation for her. she is a working dog and needs to be busy 24/7 and this balls keeps her busy. I am just hoping they don’t discontinue the product like some other we have loved in the past!!

Neat toy, with caveats

Had a hard time getting it to light but once i did it was pretty cool. My dog loved it, BUT two minutes later... dead. I shook it, bounced it hard on the ground... nothing would get it going again. So much for night fetch. I returned it and got a replacement without any hassle which was nice. When i brought out the replacement toy my dog freaked out because he remembered the last one even though we had only used it for minutes. He loved the replacement so much he started his first game of keep-away (he is all about bringing me the ball, normally). So I ignored him and minutes later he had chewed a bigger hole in the exterior bit and the small interior ball fell out. This little guy seems just the right size to choke a Labrador. So sadly i took it away and gave the light up bit to my friends daughter (even though it says "not a toy" right on it. My dog is a pretty accomplished chewer, so I don't really blame the toy, but I am disappointed. If you have the kind of dog that wont rest until their toys are wrong-side-out i don't recommend this. I really wish someone would make a bullet proof light up toy for night fetch. The Chuck-it one is pretty good, but it doesn't stay on long enough to find it. Mine is in the back yard somewhere.... somewhere. Oh, and yes waterproof, no - batteries can't be replaced, and i have no idea if it floats.

Disco in a Ball!

As soon as I took it out of the package my boxer was non stop with this thing! Only ball she loves now! This ball is also probably safer than other regular tennis-like balls with material they can chew up and since this one lights up it constantly keeps her going especially at night time when it lights up brighter! Needless to say she has a party every night lol I definitely will be trying out their other light up dog toys

Light Stopped Working

I love Nerf products, who doesn’t?! But… I’m disappointed with this particular item. The ball is great, the rubber is super durable and great for chewers. But in less than 24 hours of being delivered, the light inside the ball stopped working. I got this toy for a puppy who loves to chase light up toys. He’s already lost interest though since the light stopped working.

So far so good! This ball is still intact

I have a dachshund mix who tears balls apart. We've had this for several months and it still lights up and is in one piece. I've bought other light up balls, but they were always a single piece. The light up part is a ball inside of another ball.

A bit disappointed by the battery life

I thought that this one would be different but actually not it's been only a few days and I have the feeling the battery is already pretty tired :( If you have a mouthy dog I give it 20 min lifetime! my dogs love it tough and luckily they are not destructors!

Doesn't Hold Up

This ball didn't last two hours with my puppy or his doggie playmate. Not worth the money.

Not water resistant

Well I loved it the first two times but I guess I made a mistake? I bought it because it gets dark at 5 in my area but it's also winter so, snow and - 15 and lower. The lights don't work well if it gets wet so now it barely works and I wish I had gift one with the lighting completely encased.

Recibí la pelota el 08 de noviembre y para ayer 20 del mismo mes ya no funciona iluminada, quedó cómo cualquier pelota ordinaria, eso me parece una tonada de pelo.
