Expensive but worth it

Like all the other reviews. It was hard shelling out the price for this cover. But it was marked as solid brass. Not plated. Which is what I needed for my interesting cleanup and retrofit project. It was in fact a solid heavy chunk of brass. Plenty thick for me to even tap 10-32. If I ever need another specialty brass cover again I won't think twice hunting up this company for another order.

High quality, and looks great!

I was a little reticent to spend this much on a switch cover plate, but wanted something that fit in with the character of our historic home and took a chance. I'm glad I did. This item is top drawer quality! Even the packaging was well thought out with multiple layers of paper, plastic, and protective foam to prevent any damage and scratches from shipping. One note- This item is not completely flat. The edge detail is actually the cover rising ever so slightly. I had to adjust my light switch so more than the very end of the toggle switch protruded from the cover. Easy enough. Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase and will seek out more from Nostalgic Warehouse.

I like it but it's a bit 90s shiny brass and not the modern slightly buffed brass or rose gold I was looking for.

Absolutely Top Quality

I've had brass switch plates in the past and they've tarnished. This one appears to be made with total quality in mind. It's beautiful, solid, and impeccably crafted. Very satisfied with this product.

high quality and look is perfect for our 1915 bungalow. The raised design requires the use of spacers. Will buy more for other rooms.
