Great for dogs who love to chew, heavy though

This is great for dogs who love to chew. My dog loved filled with a treat. Don’t drop this on your floor or foot, it is Heavy and will hurt!!! It’s Kinda hard so some dogs might not like that.

UNSAFE! DO NOT BUY!!!

CHOKING HAZARD!!! We have dogs that are absolutely power chewers. We have been buying them Nylabone Dura Chew for power chewers for many years. Normally, they are a great product. This one however, is so dangerous! The first day one of the dogs chewed on this particular chew toy, we heard a ‘snap’ sound and looked over to see the bone on the floor and the broken chunk in the dogs mouth. It was within the first hour of him chewing this that the piece just snapped off. I will never buy bones like this again.

Noisy, but my dog loves it

This is bigger and harder than I expected. Which means, when my dog drops it on the tile, I hear it. But she loves it and it definitely keeps her occupied.

My dog is obsessed!

My dog is obsessed with these. It's always the first toy he reaches for. Lasts a pretty long time! I've bought 3 of them and will continue to repurchase them!

These are a great alternative to using a kong (which my dog managed to destroy). The only this is that stuff will get stuck in the middle because my dog can’t reach. You also have to watch the edges as they will start to get sharp.

Dog attacked this thing & won't stop.

Excellent shape for dogs to hold & chew. Our 13pb dog is handling it like a champ. It surprisingly heavy. I'll buy again for sure.

My dog loves this, but at least little hard shavings everywhere

My dog loves his bone. However, at least he’s a little hard shavings. That get bedded in fabric of the topper for her bed. After several washing, they still haven’t come out. Doesn’t seem to bother her, but they are so hard and somewhat sharp that they do scrape your hand. Also, the bone we we got was a lot smaller than what we expected look like a small chicken drumstick bone when’s it supposed to be for large dogs?

Dog loves it!

My pittie needs to chew constantly, and destroys nearly everything. He has had this a couple weeks and it is holding up really well. He seems to really like it too. It's big, so easy to hold with his paws while he's gnawing away.

The Antler bone

My dog is around 2 (his age and DNA are unsolved mysteries) He likes to chew stuff. So when he is not chewing my fingers and ankles. He seems to enjoy this Antler bone. It is one solid piece unlike some of the bones on here that snap into bits. It has a nice sculpt but because of the colour it also resembles a small skeletal digitigrade leg. A few small bits came off at first, but unlike some dogs my pal ignored them and carried on with the bonetler. I am convinced he is fashioning it into a small shank to get at my achilles tendon though. "A happy dog enjoys a good chew" - A. DOG (1913)

One of the good nylabones

Another great review for nylabone, as you can see my boy even sleeps beside his prize possession, we have 2 dogue de Bordeaux so as you can imagine we buy allot of these, obviously they can’t share so we always have at least 2 around the house, even though they always want the same one. Had a mix of good and bad nylabones but this is one of the good ones, as you can see in the photo is does get chewed allot and it obviously doesn’t last forever but we have tried many different brands, chews, toys etc and these seem to be the best value for money if you get a good one. I seem to be very experienced in nylabones as I think we have had every different design and flavour. At least twice. I should have shares in them.

Our dog loves it!

We bought this for our 15 week old retriever puppy in the medium size. It was perfect for his weight and size. He absolutely loves it. He hasn't put it down all day. I had a sniff of if on a few occasions if I'm honest but I cant smell any scent on it myself. Our dog however seems to not be able put it down. I'm not sure if it's for the flavour or the usual shape compared the his other bones he has. Our dog is a heavy chewer but this one so far seems to be standing up to its promise and he's not chewing my sofa so that's always a bonus! Delivery was perfect from Amazon also.

Potentially fatal toy

This product should be withdrawn from sale IMMEDIATELY. After an hour of my lab chewing this, it has resulted in extremely hard and sharp shards of plastic coming away which could be potentially fatal if swallowed as they could tear at the stomach/intestines. I will be monitoring our dog carefully over the next 48 hours. I would strongly suggest that no-one buys this dangerous toy.

Love nylabones, but not this one, broke in pieces after 2 days

Never had a complaint about a nylabone.... until now. I thought it was small for one of the medium bones, but the dogs still seemed happy with it, so that didn’t bother me too much. I’ve now just had to throw it in the bin after 2 days. It has broken up into several pieces, some of which I’ve photographed. Potential choking hazard, especially if you leave your dog with these while out or asleep to stop them chewing household items. I will be sticking to the traditional shaped nylabones in future like the wishbone; and knuckle bone. They’re just one solid bone and last years instead of days.
