Broken already
Somehow my dog broke one of the squeakers already but he really likes the toy so no big deal

potentially great, apparently terrifying
the build quality seems great, the seams are well done and the material is tough. the varied textures are a nice touch, and it's surprisingly large (more chew space!). unfortunately my 80lb monster is so scared of it he won't sleep on his bed if he can see it. he destroys most toys in short order, but gives cute blue nubby snake an incredibly wide berth and won't touch it. so looks like this one will last a while. *update* - after 2 months of completely avoiding the snake, the beast suddenly loves this thing. it's hilarious to see him running full-spring through the yard with 3 feet of blue floppy snake flapping. it's finally a hit.

Not the right toy for us, but I see its value. Even possibly for human children?!
I bought this as a Christmas gift for my two dachshunds. This thing is huge! It came in a long, thin box. I wish I’d taken a picture; it was like 4’ long. When it was delivered I had no idea what it could possibly be. A Red Rider B.B. gun? But it makes for nice visual variety when all your packages are grouped together: a nice vertical piece to draw the eye. Outside the box, the snake itself is an eye-catcher as well. It’s bold and brightly colored, as pictured. He’s very cheerful-looking. (We named him Justin Long, aka Mr. Long; my dogs learn their toys’ names, I swear.) He’s very much like his name. He’s about 2 feet long and rather very heavy. The durability comes from a very thick, sturdy firehose-like material, with a plush covering over it, as well as very very thick seams. He is very big, with nice, big squeakers. I can’t tell if they truly continue to squeak even after being punctured, because my crew hasn’t been interested in even *trying* to take that as the direct challenge they would usually interpret it as. Normally they will wail on a squeaker until they break it. It’s all about swift, efficient death and destruction for them. They’re not like cats. This would be a great toy for a BIG dog, but for dachshunds; he’s just too big and heavy. I want something indestructible, but it needs to be small enough for my guys to shake to death. (It’s their instinct.) Mr. Long is too much for them. They’re not really chewers so much as killing machines. They like realistic woodland critters, though their favorite has been the Loofah Dog that had the prerequisite squeakers (to mimic sequels and screams) *and* a bone inside that they could really focus on trying to snap by shaking it violently. Unfortunately, that toy had stuffing, and dachshunds’ duty, and tradition, once they’ve made the kill, is to slowly pull out all its guts, or in this case, stuffing. Everywhere. Mr. Long has no stuffing, nor does he even have a nose, ears, or limbs to gnaw, twist, tug, and tear at. I should’ve realized that might make him boring for dogs bred to kill rats. Their other stuffing-free toys have their protuberances carefully, determinedly chewed off, which makes up for there being no guts to glory in. I think this toy is suitable for heavy chewers who like to wail on squeakers and who are big enough that he doesn’t overwhelm them. I thought getting a long toy would enable my wieners to share, and play tug, but it’s not happening. However, that’s not the toy’s fault. I bought a toy that doesn’t suit my dogs’ needs. I didn’t pay enough attention to his dimensions, either. I just focused on finding a toy that had squeakers that lasted more than 5 minutes, and had no stuffing. But I done goofed by not thinking beyond that. So, I rate it 4 stars, because even though it’s a failure at my house, I can see its appeal and its desirable qualities. I’m just not sure I know which breed of dog *would* love this toy at these dimensions in this form. I actually think it might even be great for a human toddler, as long as those eyes are secure, which they ought to be. It’s cute and bright and fun and silly and my nephew would’ve loved it as a wee one. He had a plush snake but it didn’t have these awesome squeakers. I may test it on my neighbors kids! I don’t have to listen to it! ????

Great toy, dog loves it, still in one piece!
We've been pretty happy with this toy. Usually we assume that all dog toys have a limited shelf life before they turn into scraps and stuffing, but amazingly this "snake" has been pretty darn resilient and has not succumbed to that destruction (for reference, ours is a 3 year old 100 lb shepherd/collie mix).

Puppy loves it but it already is coming apart after only a few hours of use.
My 9 month old puppy played with this for a few hours upon arrival yesterday. She loves fetching it and dragging it around the house. First thing this morning, I realized the seam is already shredding where it was sewn together. She has many chew toys and bones to chew on that are strewn all over the place but she likely has also been gnawing on this toy’s seam to kill her prey and get to the squeakers inside.

Amazing!!!
This is worth every penny!! Very durable! My 80 pound pit is incredibly hard on toys. I’ve tried everything, she even destroyed several Kong toys. She loves to play tug of war, and it even withstands that. Eventually I had to buy a second because the squeakers broke but it’s still intact and is still occasionally played with.

This lasts longer than any similar toy I have purchased. MY dog can chew anything apart and these last for months before he is able to get the squeakers out-- and is still great as a tug of way toy after that.

Terrible, didn't last 10 minutes! Don't buy.
I suspect these are counterfeit as I've bought many Outward Hound Invincible's during the last 14 years for my terrier as they're the only toys she can't rip to shreds within minutes, and the squeaky parts last many months, she still has 2 squeaks left in the large snake she had for Christmas 2020. However, within minutes all 3 squeaks had been broken which was a huge disappointment as I suspect that this Christmas will be the last for my darling little dog and it's not a cheap toy either. I will continue to buy the make but not from this seller, I'll use my usual pet store as they would have refunded me without question.

Survived my labrador so 5 stars from me !
My dog loves a squeaker, and his favorite game is to destroy the squeak and then it goes to the bottom of his toy box. The multiple squeakers attracted us to this snake... in the hope it would last him beyond Xmas Dinner time (he can "kill" one in minutes).. it has more than done its job.. Into March and still 1 squeak functioning and still a regular go to toy from his large repository.. especially when we have friends over and he wants the limelight !

Not large
Great toy, completely ignored by my dog though as it is far too small to give us a good play. He’s had others that have been 3ft long and given a great game of tug and squeak and chase with my dragging it along the ground. I Dare say it states some where the length of the toy but I didn’t look properly instead taking the ad at it’s word when it says large and is for large dogs then based on previous purchases elsewhere, I fully expected it to be large but it’s only a foot long. Very disappointed. It is very well made and would be tough, I imagine but it’s just too short.

Fun
My big idiot is a massive chewer and despite having it since Christmas day, it's still going! He's ripped alot of the fluff off but the toy itself is intact with its squeaker. He's done his damndest to wear out those squeaker but they are resilient! His new favourite toy. Keeps running round the house with it. Ì know it won't last more than a month or two but definitely worth the money for my boys happiness and still lasting longer then some of the more expensive toys he's Had! Will be buying again.

Amazingly tough
The media could not be loaded. We have had this for a year and it is almost as good as new - even the eyes have not come off. It is mauled on a daily basis between a Rottweiler and a Pug. They are very hard on their toys - nothing has lasted. I do have another of these - the shorter one which goes with them to kennels. Either of them will run off with it and get chased or if the Rott doesn't want to play the Pug will drag it under his nose till he does. Most important for us is it has no stuffing - so even if they do break it open there is little to eat as our Rott will eat it and then make himself very sick. Although I say on the video 8 months - I've realised I bought this in January 2016 - so it is a year old in the video. I am just about to purchase another of the shorter ones.
