I love the carrier the only flaw and issue I've had is the zippers do not have the little metal piece that keeps them from backing off on the starts.. So if you use it dor side entry that becomes an issue quick because a 17 lb cat could make its way out. That being said I have fixed it myself. Its the only carrier my fat cat has been able to find comfy. I think the dark fleece like liner helps her find some comfort.. Another carrier I get compliments on every time I have to load her up.

Perfect for intended use, shame one was missing the carrying strap :-(

I ordered two of these for transporting my cats with me on a three hour drive to a new apartment with very little space for a full non-collapsible pet carrier, let along 2! They look great, aired out well, and my cuddly cat likes to hang out it in (and she's the bigger of the two!) unfortunately one came without the carrying strap :-( not happy about this, hence the 4 stars, but nothing I can do about it, I don't have time to send one back just to get the strap sent to me.

It's A No

I bought this for my dog, as all of the reviews made it seem like this would be a hard travel case while still being flexible enough for my dog to get comfortable. He kicked the sides and the zipper popped off the track, I and several of my friends were unable to get it back together. It was such a waste of money as I wasn't able to return it. It was never used and ended up in the trash.

Perfect! Easy to put together

Perfect! Easy to put together, well made and a good price. It will house and carry my large cat with no problem, I don't feel like it's going to come apart under her weight when I hold it. I've left it out for her to get accustomed to it and she willingly naps in it. The kitten in the house loves it as cover for his 'attacks'.

Happy Cat, Happy Owner

Works well for my 17 lb cat. Zippers can be a little fussy, but overall it feels more secure than the plastic ones with the tiny little clips holding it together.

Impossible to put together

This came with no instructions of how to put it together. If anyone has a video to explain it, I'd love to see it.

Zippers ripped after 3rd use.

I don't need to use this often, only for my cat's vet visits, so I didn't expect to have the best. But, when the zippers broke after 3 uses I was disappointed. I couldn't even fix it, the stitches ripped off. Don't buy it.

strong smell

Unpleasant chemical odor, looks like it will be hard to clean, and very much a darker grey than the picture.
