They are good filters but are getting harder to find

We bought another water fountain for our cat because the previous one did not have filters available. These are getting harder to find and there are tons of round filters available which would require another purchase of a different water fountain. These do work well. Read a few people who stated there was charcoal in the water. You need to run these through cold water and allow the excess charcoal to rinse out. My fountain also has a thick foam sponge as an extra feature but cannot find any replacement filters for it so going to form out of bulk sponge material. If your fountain requires filters like these buy them quickly.

Keeps water clean

Our cats use a fountain and these filters help keep there water fresh and clean, you still have to change there water weekly but if I didn't have these filters im sure I would have to change the water more frequently.

These work well in his recirculating Big Dog water fountain clean. The cat swipes the old filter and uses it as a soccer toy too.

Great filter

These are great for my dogs water I have and they filter the water really well. I have them set up to come every 6 months so it's nice not have to worrie if I have ran out. I clean and replace the filter every 2 weeks. These are great!
