Life changing

I never knew how much I'd value this touch-free faucet until it was installed. Yes, the handyman said it was a bit more involved to install than a typical faucet. Yet, it's fantastic. Visitors get confused at first, but then marvel at the benefit of hands-free. Being in real estate, I keep hearing from designers that the commercial style faucet with the slinky/telephone cord feature so popular now is a fading fad...and tough to clean. This design has more longevity, IMO. The sprayer is mighty strong and splatters, but that could just be the water pressure in my particular home and/or depth of my sink. When the spray nozzle is removed for use, it easily pops back in place and remains secure because of the magnet. I'm not wild about the black bulbous buttons to switch it from stream to spray. That's my picky personal design preference. For my kitchen layout, I can just twist those buttons towards the backsplash. Overall...I 100% recommend!

Excellent materials, quality feel, great look!

While I wait for the plumber to come, I figured I'd write up a first-take review. This faucet will be used for a utility sink. I was attracted to the style which is different from many others. It has a high wide arch that is perfect for an oversized utility sink. I also like that it has hands-free operation for all those messes that a utility sink is used for. The pull-down spout has a true magnetic docking and the spot free finish will save time trying to keep it clean. It comes with a rather unique top loading soap dispenser as well. It appears that instead of pushing down, you can just tap the dispenser down for the soap. A nice feature. All of the components look to be well made and the instructions are well laid out. This faucet does not come with supply lines but does come with batteries! :) It really looks like a simple DIY installation and may actually attempt to do it myself! This Pfister Zanna React Electronic Pull Down faucet is a quality product and highly recommend!

This Pfister faucet is definitely worth every penny.

Installation wasn't the easiest, but it was worth the little bit of "pain." I can't imagine going back to traditional faucets. Touchless is definitely the way to go! And this faucet is price right.

Water at the Wave of a Hand

The media could not be loaded. The faucet is working just as it should. The finish is beautiful. The magnet at the sprayer snaps the head back into place every time. Installation was not as easy for me as past installs due to all of the extra wires and boxes needed. The extra lines made it tight with the installation tool, but it did work. The water supply lines are short on this unit and required me to purchase supply lines. This is one of those unforeseen costs that might make this faucet appear to be less expensive than another faucet that includes long supply lines in the box. The box comes equipped with batteries to power the faucet. There is an optional ac adapter that will also add to the overall cost. One small concern I have is then control box has all of the water flowing through it and I have very hard water. There is a screen in it I will need to check regularly for build up.

Lovely faucet, great water pressure, but arrived with a critical defect (now corrected).

This is a gorgeous faucet, and there's a lot to like. The main arm swivels easily, the magnetic catch for the spray head is very strong and secure (unlike many similar faucets!), and the spray pressure of the faucet is excellent. All of these strengths represent welcome improvements over the spray faucet we replaced. Installation went okay, though I hadn't realized that I would be unable to reuse my old supply lines (I know, not a good idea anyway). But the real disappointment was the serious leak from just above the electronic control unit when I first tested the installation. Troubleshooting revealed that the upper easy-connect housing simply would not remain snapped in place, unlike the lower and identical housing. Fortunately, I was able to connect the lower housing directly to the upper tube and we have been able to use the faucet without any problem. But this meant completely removing the electronic control unit that lies between these two connections, so I am unable to comment on the "touchless" feature of the faucet. Customer service at Pfister was apologetic and happy to send a replacement part (albeit in "7-10 working days," which is hardly speedy). I'll update this review with my take on the touchless control whenever I am able to implement it. I'd love to give this faucet 5 stars, but I don't see how until the repair is made and assessed. ADDED NOTE (13 Dec 2021): The replacement part did take two weeks to arrive, but Price Pfister threw in a replacement spray hose -- evidently just in case the hose connection were also defective. (It wasn't, but I appreciate the gesture.) Restoring the electronic control unit wasn't difficult, and now the "touchless" feature is fully operational. I like it. Although you'll have to retrain yourself to "flash" the sensor rather than reach for the faucet handle, that's not too hard to learn. I like the fact that I can turn the water on by flashing the sensor with the object I'm about to wash or fill, which is sort of like having an extra hand. Turning the water on is almost instant; turning it off has only a very slight delay. Mentally, I would grade this faucet at 4.5 stars, but Pfister customer service (and the faucet's lifetime warranty) lead me to raise this to 5 stars.
