Great at removing food

I love these flossers because of their double string. I have found that the double string flossers are so much more effective at removing food than single string flossers. The strings are durable as well. The price on Amazon for a 3 pack is cheaper than buying a single back at the store.

These are Great!

Since beginning to use these, about two years ago, I've flossed more probably than ever in my entire life. Be sure to get the double-lined flossers as I think they do a better job. They come with a (tooth) pick built in. I keep a few in a little ziplock bag in my travel case so I always have them when we go out of town and I keep some the same way in my purse for when we go out to eat! Will continue to recommend and buy!

First time trying Plackers and I am inlove!

This is the first time that I have used these sort of floss sticks (I usually only use the string), and let me tell you it is a life changer! The flavor is good but I expected the flavor to be more minty. It's just my personal opinion as I like minty and fresh things. It is easy to use and comes in a bag to keep them organised. I only ordered the bag with 75 of them but will definitely order more bags or bigger bags!

Durable flossers

Durable material. Super sturdy and won’t snap, even when used between tight teeth. The floss has a silky feel, making it especially easy to use between very tight teeth

These are better then any other flossers that I've used.

There are a lot of flossers that break (string snaps) while in use. These hold up much better. So far I've only had one break in about 40. I've had some flossers break -while in use- at close to 20%.

Dentist clean feeling from favourite brand of flossers

My usual supermarket was out of stock of the Plackers micro mint which I had been using daily for nearly 2 years. So glad I checked on Amazon and came across the positive reviews for these twin line Plackers flossers. I thought that the micro mint were the best flossers available until I tried these, they really do clean even better than the single line. With very tightly packed crooked teeth I had only ever found one brand of waxed dental tape that I could get between my teeth and even then it was a struggle with sore and indented fingers, needless to say I didn't floss very often. Since discovering Plackers I've had no problems and almost enjoy flossing every day. If I had one criticism it would be that the handles of these flossers aren't as good a design as those on the green micro mint and it took a couple of days getting used to how to hold it without the pick jabbing my thumb. Having said that these are still my number one choice and for me Plackers are well worth the price compared to some other cheaper brand flossers I've tried recently.

Far Superior to Reels

I struggled for a long time using floss-reels/tape with varying degrees of success, usually finding that the narrow stuff was easy to use but didn't clean very well, while thicker floss cleaned better was prone to getting caught and fraying. So I decided to give floss-sticks a try and as luck would have it I found these in a local chemist's; the twin-line sticks use two narrow, but really strong, strips of floss, giving you the ease of use of a narrow floss, but the cleaning of much thicker stuff. The angled handle also makes it a lot easier to get at all of your teeth. While I recommend disposing of each stick if you're not used to flossing (as you may get some blood initially), once you're used to them you should be able to use them for several days or even a whole week before they will start to fray, meaning that although they're a little expensive they are actually really good value for money. Unfortunately my local chemist no longer stocks these, but I was glad to find them still for sale online, as it really is the only way I can floss properly as they are so much easier to use. This is also true when compared to other floss-sticks which use a single line, and can be a lot more prone to breaking or getting stuck.

Always gets the food out and doesn't break

My wife and I discovered these by accident, from a local supermarket; then they stopped stocking them. The twin-line design grabs food particles so they are efficiently removed from gaps between the teeth without damaging the gums. Really useful for older users whose gums have receded, leaving significant gaps between the teeth where stringy meat gets trapped (OK...too much information!). There are imitation products out there but these have strings of Kevlar which don't break with normal use and reuse. There is also a tooth pick at the end of the handle but one hardly ever needs it.

Extremely strong floss - super for close or tight teeth!

I bought these having for some years now been using the light green version. If you have tight teeth - Plackers are for you simply because they all-but refuse to break and can be kept in the pocket throughout the day. I have tried many other makes over the years but stick now to these American made ones. The double-filament type is new to me so I thought I would give them a try. They are at least as strong and effective as the single-filament green version and perhaps do remove more food more quickly. 100% pleased.

These Fray

I'm not sure if these are genuine. I have been using the regular Plackers for years with no problem & thought I'd try these. They get stuck in my teeth, some are to wide to go between my teeth & they also fray which is a thing they say wont happen. Going to either throw away or keep for emergency use & buy my regular ones from the supermarket
