The fixture sent looks nothing like this -- but Amazon did provide good support in fixing the problem

After spending a long time looking for a wall fixture for a stairwell, I thought this one thinking that two 100 watt halogen bulbs would be great. I ordered it along with another fixture and they came in the same box. Good thing it was double -boxed because the package for this item was the flimsiest cardboard I've ever seen and the foam packing inside was mostly falling apart. What was in the box was a 1 bulb fixture that looks absolutely nothing like the one in this picture. I needed the fixture to show my house as it was going on the market, so I decided to install it anyhow. To add insult to injury, it was missing the mounting bracket, so I to fabricate one myself. When I finally got it installed, the light output was pathetic -- I had ordered 200 watts of halogen lighting and this looks like a night light. I had to take it back down and return it, but Amazon did call me back and say they were offering me a $20 credit for the trouble and that they would investigate the seller and take it off of the site until they had resolved the problem with the seller. Bad product but good customer service from Amazon.
