Exact Replacement for my old lock

I checked the measurements and picture and this arrived as expected an exact replacement for the lock which had broken. It seems expensive for a single lock but was just what I needed.

I need a replacement for the factory one that want bad and wouldn't seal tigh. This is even better than the one from the factory ????. I would suggest this latch as a good replacement item.

Easy to install - fit an old window lock that broke

I had a window lock that broke. I couldn't figure which brand it was, so I just tried to visually shop online for one that looked similar. This wasn't the exact model, turns out, but it fit the lock and fit the lock-jam that was still installed on the pain. Very happy with it. Locks and unlocks easy and smoothly.
