Comfortable and durable enough for the price

I am incredibly tough on my footwear; I weigh 320lbs and work in the produce department of a grocery store which has me on my feet lifting, crouching, walking, etc for up to 60 hours a week. That these boots lasted for more than 16 months before the side finally blew out is a testament to how durable they are for only ~$100. Note: I use Superfeet inserts for all of my footwear which aids comfortability, but there were definitely pretty comfy right out of the box.

Wide and comfortable.

I like the wideness and how comfortable it fits. I didn't like the way shoe strings were laced kept going loose cutting my yard perhaps not tight enough.

Not XX-WIDE 5E

I wear EE wide boots normally for plant and down-day maintenance, I wanted something more comfortable for daily rounds instead of full lace up steel toes, and these were supposed to be even more WIDE. They absolutely are not and the composite toes press down on the topside of my feet irritatingly. Beyond that, they are comfortable, but I recommend purchasing insoles.

Warm, waterproof, winterproof and comfortable

My husband needed winter boots that would withstand the cold northeast winters and could be worn in the woods where it's really muddy. These boots have a high toe bed and he found them very comfortable. He was also able to rinse the mud off easily when he got home. Recommend highly

Most comfortable safety shoe I've ever worn

Just a quick few comments here: I have not needed safety shoes in a few years but for a recent work project I needed a pair and I did not want to break the bank. I found these and they looked shard and most important to me they come in WIDE sizes. My normal shoe size is a 10.5 with w 4E (EEEE) width. Basically I have Fred Flintstone feet so finding a good fitting shoe can be a challenge at times. I ordered the size 11 "XX-WIDE " version which luckily is actually a 5E width. These babies fit PERFECT from the first moment I put them on so I was VERY HAPPY. The insole cushions could be thicker or softer for sure. To solve this I added a pair of Dr Scholl's WORK Massaging GEL insoles and the difference was AMAZING. Now I find myself wearing these to work in the yard or wrench on the car just because they are that comfortable. Heck, I'm wearing them at my desk right now as I type this (really!!). Money well spent!!

Just a little tight. But they are brand new after all.

I have a VERY wide foot. It's also very tall in the metatarsal area. These shoes fit! My only complaint would be that they need to be just a bit wider. I bought the widest they offer but I guess they need one more option. Hope they last at least a year.

Just okay, nothing special.

The shoe is okay. A little narrow for a 3E, and the assembly work is less than what I expect of Propet (visible residual glue between sole and sides). I guess I need to spend a lot more money or lower my expectations, but even the top dollar top line safety shoes these days seem to be badly sized and poorly made. Anyway, the Propet insoles are junk so I replaced them with an upgrade with decent support and hope these will get me through an 8-10 hour day without crippling my feet.

They fit.

They're taking a bit of getting used to, but they're good. The right side toe pushes into the side of my big toe a bit and the collar of both boots are bruising the space above my ankles. I'm hoping that goes away after they're fully broken in. Other than that I'm really happy with these.
