Best product to eliminate household odors

Totally eliminates the smell of cat urine!

I have had male cats for over 30 years. From time to time, especially when we leave them for vacation, they will urinate in hard-to-find or hard-to-clean places (despite that they have been neutered at a young age). I have thrown out many things including furniture coverings, rugs, etc. Even if you wash an item known to have cat urine on it, the smell will not go away UNTIL I FOUND PURE AYRE!! If you use a black light device, you can find cat pee easily. Once you know the location then just spray Pure Ayre on that spot and the smell is totally neutralized! Seriously, it's amazing. If they sprayed on the wall, you just spray right back! If you see a spot on your throw rug, just spray and throw in the wash. I saw the episode of Shark Tank where the inventor of this product DRANK the stuff (that's how safe it is). I compared this product to Urine-B-Gone (available at Walmart) and this does a better job. I always keep a supply available because my cats always pee when I go away. It's a life-changer. I know, that sounds dramatic but it's true!

It neutralizes but stinks to high heaven!

This neutralizes the pet urine but the smell of this stuff is horribly offensive. If I wasn't so desperate, I would have returned it. I hate the smell. Why they insist on adding strong perfumes is beyond me - and very unhealthy. Bad for the birds too. At least it didn't kill them. For about $15 more, I could have had a stink-free product - Scout but Amazon doesn't carry the gallon bottle.

Pleasant Scent - Works Well - Expensive Though

The product works well and has a pleasant scent. In less than a year, the product has almost doubled in price. I came back to reorder but it is now far too expensive. Sadly I'll go back to cheaper alternatives.

The Best!

I've used this stuff (to be exact the one specifically for pet odor elimination but they're pretty much the same thing) religiously as a household cleaner since I adopted two Bengals into my home about five years ago. I re-use the spray bottle that I picked up at one of the "natural" pet stores in Seattle that seem to be more or less absent in Los Angeles. Have to order this stuff from Amazon cuz you can't find it in stores where I live. It has a nice herbal scent that dissipates quickly as it dries. No issues with the cats getting ill from the smell or from picking up any on their feet from the hardwood that I scrub with it. Feel lucky I discovered it before I got lost in sea of Petco's and PetMart's. It's enzymatic so just remember to shake before you pour or use.

Great for odor elimination, especially as originally promoted on Shark Tank

Although the advertised use has changed slightly, we continue to rely on this product for urine odor elimination. IT is our go to product for final preparation of urinals that have been used for an invalids care. So bravo for the consistent formulation of this product making our work much easier. We love it.

Must have, even with no pets

UPDATE- Still just the best product ever! Does it cost $? Yes. Is it worth it? oh HELL yes. Don't forget how much it dilutes. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Second time I bought this product because it is just the best. I use it for puddles on the floor and so much more. Wonderful, pepperminty smell that fades. Works anywhere you want to get rid of odors. I use it in the laundry, in my carpet shampooer and it even works diluted in spray bottle to freshen the air. Love that it is so safe around pets and kids. I have asthma and it doesn't bother me at all.

The only one that worked

My puppies have the habit of marking inside and outside the house. They would do it the moment you look away. I tried other brands including the highly rated 4-1/2 star Trinova and never worked. My dog kept on marking at the same spot where I treated repeatedly. This so far is the only one that stopped them. I sprayed all the possible places they like to mark and so far so good no more accidents in the house. This is the answer to my prayer.
