Made in China, Not Italy

These used to all be made in Italy. The pair I received is made in China. Apparently they’re manufactured in both places.

Caution for people with Longer Hair!

Most of you know what you're going to get with Ray-Bans. These are very well made sunglasses with high quality optics. This size and shape of lens looks much better on my face than the traditional aviators, which I think drop too low on my cheeks. The carbon temple pieces are light-weight strong, so I don't worry that I'm going to bend or break them accidentally. The rubber on the temple tip, does help to keep them in place so they don't fall off your face when you look down. The one flaw, and it's not insignificant, is if you have longer hair, the rubber temple tip pulls out your hair when you remove the sunglasses. I don't think this would be an issue if your hair were very short, but if you wear your hair a little longer it will get pulled out each time you take them off. I've seen other commenters mention this as well. Final verdict: If you have short hair, these are an absolute buy. If you have longish to long hair, they may still be a buy, but be aware that every 3rd or 4th time you take them off you'll lose a single hair. This can become super annoying.

Real Ray-Ban Sunglasses

Just to clear the confusion - these ARE NOT FAKE Ray-Ban sunglasses, these are the real deal. My wife bought her original pair from Sunglass Hut located in Macy's and unfortunately our dog decided to chew them up - after researching where get a cheaper pair than Macy's $195 price tag I found them here on Amazon but not without all the "made in China" fake mumbo jumbo reviews. After seeing all the made in china arguments, I looked at my wife's original pair and sure enough "made in china" on the inside arm. Did some more research and Luxottica, manufacturer of Ray-Ban, has a factory in China. When we received the glasses from Amazon we matched them up and everything is legit as it should be and they're made in China, as were the original pair. Needless to say they are real so don't be afraid to buy them unless somebody is going to say Sunglass Hut and Macy's are selling fakes also.

Sharp looking Ray Bans

I bought these on Amazon's birthday celebration. I have owned several aviator style glasses but the petite size of the lenses turned me to give these a try. I really love the fit and overall appearance. I have never seen anyone with this style. The lense color is soft and the design on the arms mixes well with any jewelry I'm wearing. The only drawback was noted by other buyers. There is a rubber cushion on the arm end that causes you hair to pull out when removing the glassed. It is really annoying but easily remedied with a drop of crazy glue on each spot. I read that trick from another reviewer.

Questionable build quality, not sure if genuine...

I’ve had these glasses for a few years now and living in the UK, you only get to use them a few days or weeks per year so all in all probably less than 100 days usage. Anyway the right lens fell out today as I tipped my head forward a little and smashed on the floor, so sadly a very stylish and lightweight pair of glasses comes to an end

These were exactly the sunglasses I was looking for, delivered very quickly and at least half the price of the same specs I was looking at on the high street!!!
