Stopped the constant leg sores from the wheelchair

Definitely use these if you have a wheelchair and don’t use the foot rest on the wheelchair. My mother kept having these bruises and gashes on her legs. No one at the facility knew why when I questioned it. Eventually it dawned on me it was those two prongs that hold the foot rest onto the wheelchair that were causing the issue. At first I tied long socks around that part of the wheelchair and it worked. No more issues. But someone, it could have been her or a caregiver or another resident, kept removing it. I eventually found this product, bought 4 of them, and used it. I’d write her name on it (eventually the marker faded), then bought stickers with her name on it to put on this product. They do come off and on pretty easily. It solved the problem of the wheelchair scraping, puncturing or bruising her leg. I now buy this once a quarter for someone else in memory of my mother. I even told mom’s hospice they need to provide this with every wheelchair they supply to their patients. I highly recommend this.

extra protection for your legs

I am using this for my husbands wheelchair. The only problem I have with it is it keeps turning around and needs adjusting. Not a big problem to keep his legs from being cut up on the metal of the chair.

they work but get dislodged and have to be constantly adjusted to stay on properly.This works great, high.ly recommended

More work than worth

Wonderful idea, totally impractical for use. Constantly on and offor before using foot pedals.
