Holds thick hair
These are the only hair clips that I have found to hold my hair up without sliding out. I have a lot of hair and the double rowed prongs keep it in place. They are hard to find in stores and are expensive if you can even find them. This was a great deal and the 2nd time I purchased several of them. The teeth will break off if they are dropped on the hard tile floor. But it takes a lot of missing teeth for the clip to stop working.

Works for very fine hair
One of the few clips I've found that works very well for my hair without slipping. I use them to hold a wrapped bun. My hair is to my knees and very fine. So it holds up a lot of slippy hair. the only down side is the teeth break fairly easily.

My faves
These are my favorite clips and I was worried they are discontinued. I bought 2 pair in case. Only gripe is the spring is tighter than my old ones and they hurt a bit at first.

Look and hold very nice
Hello. These look nice and hold well. I have thin hair. The downer was that one of the teeth broke off during the third time I used it.

Not the best for thick hair
The clip does not work well (vertically) for my shoulder length thick hair but it's good value for the price and much cheaper than in stores. I still use it horizontally and it works fine. It just looks like I have pigtails and I am a grown adult, but those are just first world problems.

Multiple broken teeth in the span of a month
Sadly a disappointment. I have thick hair but its not super long (above the shoulder) so i was really disappointed that these clips were so difficult to use. They looked like they would work fine but have a hard time getting it to grab both the hair i want pulled back and some scalp hair to secure it. I ended up having multiple teeth (both inner & outer) snap off so the clups are even harder to get to work now. I purchased March 5 & am reviewing on April 2nd so its unlikely these clups will make it to see may or june. They might work if you gave short, super fine hair but anything more them that isnt going to work

Breaks way too easily, doesnt stay put
I typically don't pay too close attention to the quality of clips, since i tend to break the teeth on these fairly easily. Despite my lower expectations, these clips still turned out to be the easiest clips ever to break, and it's entirely because the plastic is so unbelievably brittle. There is absolutely no flexibility to the teeth whatsoever, so after about only a couple weeks, there were barely any useful teeth left. My clips typically last at least 3 or 4 months, so this was very disappointing. You have to put them off, take them off, and store them all with a unreasonable level of care, and they will still inevitably break. The barrel of clips were also narrower than expected, so it was difficult to clip my hair up into a bun. In half-up styles, the clips would just pull on my hair as they slid down. I was hoping that for my straight and thin hair these would work, but they just didn't. I do not recommend getting these.

Feels Cheap
I bought these because I thought that, being a brand-name item, they would be extra good quality in comparison to the clips I buy from the $2 shop. I guess the grab of the clip is pretty strong - certainly doesn't slip off my hair - but the plastic feels thin and fragile. I can already tell that the teeth will break easily, so I will need to be careful not to snap them when my hair is particularly knotty, and there is no way they would survive in my handbag. Disappointed, but at the very least they will look good while they last.

2022 May - My hair is a bit long and not to thick nor to thin, and I find this hair claw the best on the market so far. I never have to readjust it as I’ve always had to with all claw clips I’ve been buying the past 10 years. I give this a 10/10! In October 2022, 2 bigger outer teeth already broke off. :(. And I see the price doubled. 2022 June 1 - I even feel asleep with it in… it wasn’t even uncomfortable as I had it clipped high yet. Not once did this slip out of my hair nor did I even have to adjust it as I’ve always done with the traditional hair clips the past decade and every 30-40 min. Really really recommend this…this is the best on the market no doubt!!! Quality is very good as others if I fall asleep with it breaks.
