Wish i could return this conditioner

Softens my gray hair and makes it shine. However, after using it twice a week for a month, my head is on fire and I find I‘m allergic to it. It’s been too long to return.

Great shampoo

This shampoo takes the yellowish color out of gray hair. It is awesome. I use it once a week and have found fantastic results.

I'm not saying I got counterfeit products, but....

I purchased (and returned) both the shampoo and conditioner after just one use. I was extremely hesitant to try this once I saw the, very non Rusk like, bottle it came it. I have been using Rusk products for probably at least 25 years and NEVER had any of them in cheap bottles like this. The cap was solid white and the bottle itself was clear, cheap, plastic. It did have a label, however, the packaging just wasn't right. It looked like a bottle you would get at a beauty supply store to put home made concoctions in. The only reason I even used the product the one time I did before returning it was that it did smell like a legit Rusk fragrance. After just one use, my hair felt like straw and it took two weeks and deep conditioning to get it back to normal..... There is something not quite right with this and I was a sold and shipped by Amazon item, not 3rd party.

A great shampoo for all types of hair, including damaged gair

It's a clean feel on the hair. My hair is definitely healthier after using it. I like the clean scent but it would be nicer if it were stronger. My hair is white. There is no tinge to the color from the shampoo

Great

I love the Rusk product line. This conditioner is so rich and thick. I have very kinky, curly hair and it's dry. This does an awesome job of conditioning my hair while removing the yellow tint that can happen with white hair. And, it doesn't turn my hair purple.

It's ok. I don't get the shine I expected.

This the second time I've ordered this product. While I was pleased at first I'm not so pleased now. I reaaly don't get the deepshine as advertised. I'll keep using until I find something i like better. Again I'm not happy that it does not come with a pump.
