I received the suitcase with it locked and no key. Had my roommate lock pick to open it lol Besides that, everything else looks great haha

Very nice product but....

great product except that the 2 zippers found inside (allow to open the material inside each halves) don't have any tags. Bought from amazon, there's no other "option" than returning the product...

Seems a little flimsy

It seems a little flimsy, but what do you expect when you want it to be lightweight don’t know how well it will hold up. I’m hoping for the best. I have not used it yet. I’ll try it out in the next couple weeks.

Graet suitcase for your travels!

I got this for my son who was going to be traveling this season and I'm very glad I did. I did some research and saw that this case was well liked. I was impressed with the high tech looking style, the size and the quality. It moves as smooth as I've ever seen and has some great features. One side of the interior has a netting that zips up and the other side has buckle and straps to hold the clothes in place. I think I would have liked that to hold the clothes a little better because it can miss stuff that may fall aside but it was adequate. The zippered pouch along the interior back of suitcase doesn't hold much but it's good for small items. The lock was a little more complicated but he easily got it figured out. I guess only time will tell how it holds up through baggage when at the airport but after it's first trip it did well.

The big orange suitcase that will hold all of your stuff (and you can see a mile away)

I'll be honest: I was worried to buy this luggage. I travel a lot, and frequently internationally, and I was concerned that it was *too big* in terms of dimensions and it would be rejected by the check-in agent at some airport someplace, leaving me stuck with a giant pile of belongings and nothing I could use to transport them. Knock on wood: that has NOT happened. Though the dimensions are a little funky in terms of whether it exceeds the generally accepted international luggage volume/capacity, I have not had any issues/problems checking this bag as luggage on a flight. Pros: *The hard shell keeps things well protected and reduces the likelihood of theft. *The built-in lock is easy to use and also makes it much less likely my things will be stolen. *The bag expands to large capacity, though truthfully I haven't tried to travel with it fully expanded. *The handle is easy to pull-out/use and the four wheels are easy to push, pull, or glide along this bag. Bonus for easy navigating on rough terrain (cobblestone, bricks, etc.). *Large capacity, large capacity, large capacity! *The orange color is delightfully obnoxious. No one accidentally takes this bag. Also, hard to lose it and very easy to see it on the luggage belt. Cons: *It (like all luggage of this type) opens in the middle, meaning if you want to get something out of the bag, you will need to unzip it fully and have the space to rest the other half of the bag. Hard to fault this particular bag for this flaw because it affects all bags of this type, but it is a flaw. *The above also makes it hard to use this frequently while you're staying someplace. In other words, I normally "live out of my suitcase" as opposed to putting items in drawers, closets, etc. when I travel. Hard to do with this bag. You'll want to take everything out to easily access it. *The interior of this bag does have a mesh netting that can be used/zipped up, but it is basically one giant cavernous space. The net result is that when you open the bag (and see above re: challenges with opening the bag!) your items are all over the place. Overall a good purchase, but well worth it to consider using packing cubes with this bag and make sure you understand it can be hard to open/use unless you have plenty of space to do so.

doesn’t fit Air Transat carry on compartment

Dimensions are incorrect. Actually is 22 inches high so doesn’t fit inside airplane carry on compartment

Not accepted by air Canada as a carry on

This carryon was great. Packed up everything very nicely and smooth manoeuvring through the airport. Only downfall is air Canada is more strict on sizing and it did not fit in the sizer. I had to check it as a regular bag. Suitcase came out without a scratch. Very well made

Very pleased

Just got this today and I love the way it looks. The color is exactly what I wanted. I can't wait to use it, and will know how well it will hold up during my travels. I am a big fan of Samsonite bought a set for my husband and a few years ago and he was very pleased! I like that this set is much taller than my previous luggage set and it holds more clothes too!

Does not fit in carry on compartment

My wife recently purchased this carry on and it did not fit in the carry on compartment of a Boeing 777-300 lengthwise, meanwhile my 20” carry on did. This will fit if placed horizontally but too often this will take up too much space. I think the dimensions of this bag really pushes the limits and I can’t risk having a carry on that won’t fit in an airplane. We are returning this.
