HOW TO UNLOCK!

I bought 2 of these. One arrived perfect and packaged correctly. The second one arrived in totally different packaging, had a huge scratch in it. Although Amazon assured me it wasn't used, there is no way you'd convince me otherwise. With that being said, please make sure yours arrives with a protective white sleeve and all tags on the outside are intact. If not, send it back! To set the combination, the company sets it at 000 and both zippers locked. You must use a pencil and poke the tiny hole located between the TSA lock and the zippers. You will clearly see the hole recesses. You then slide the TSA lock over to release the locked zippers. Inside will be the instructions I'm about to describe on how to set your unique numbers. Set the 3 digit number of your choosing, push the zippers into the lock. It will be locked at this point, with your own personal identification number. Spin the numbers. Then, line your numbers back up to your PIN, and slide the TSA keyhole to the side to release. That's it...hope it helps.

Pretty and lightweight

The 24 inch is very roomy with multiple pockets inside. The mint green is so pretty. Material seems flimsy for the price and brand, but time will tell how it holds up. Lock took a 30 second Google search. Default to 000 to unlock. Set your own code instructions inside pocket inside suitcase. Write down your special code in your phone and somewhere else, like your carry on. Excited to see this in a carousel of the usual black and brown luggage.

Easy to travel with

I choose this carry-on because it was at the top of several travel site recommendation lists. I did wonder why there would be no instructions, but I found them in the pocket- so look in the pocket before you fret about how to set the lock! I’ve only used it for one trip, but I did stuff it to the max and had no problem getting it shut (with a little pressure pushing it together). I also walked at least 4 miles (total), climbed stairs, and got on and off public transportation (bus/train) in a major US city with no problem. The wheels rolled fine and the handles held up. Sometimes the extendable handle can get stuck, but it just need a little finesse. The exterior is very easy to clean and the interior worked really well with the packing cubes I owned.

Love it! Great suitcase! Roomy, lightweight, and tough!

This suitcase had room for eight days of clothes (and I don't travel light). It was easy to maneuver in airports and on cobblestone streets. The handle felt secure too and it was easy to turn. After rough handling by baggage handlers, this suitcase came out on the baggage carousel after a transatlantic flight still looking great. Prior to buying it, I considered a much more expensive suitcase that also had good reviews. I am so glad I chose this one instead!

Awesome carry on suitcase!

I love it! It rolls easily. The color is nice. It fits into the overhead bin, as it should. I can fit enough inside to survive for a week, if living pretty simply. This was actually the second one of these that I purchased because I liked the first one, a pink one, so much. Both have been on several trips already and still look new. Great investment!

So far. So good

I’ve only used this twice. But it’s performed great, the wheels run smoothly. I did lots of research. This bag was on lots of “best carry on luggage” articles. It’s so roomy! I love the divided sides. The space behind zipper portion is perfect for shoes. I refuse to check a bag so I really appreciate the room in this carry on. The color is also fantastic. My only gripe is the pull up handle isn’t perfect. It’s sticky. For the price, I expected a little better.

Light and easy to maneuver!

My old one recently broke and I decided to invest into something new and more durable. Definitely easy to use, set up lock combo, and move around. I was running late to my flight and had no issues running around with this! Also, received compliments on its minty color -- easier to recognize during luggage pickup.

Ignore the bad reviews, great bag

I almost didn't buy this bag (carry on size) after reading all the bad reviews. First off, my husband figured out how to open it in 5 minutes, so not sure why there are so many reviews about that. The thing that looks like it needs a key, slides. The colour is beautiful, rolls great and so far no issues with the handle or rolling or any of the zippers. It's very light weight and the perfect size for a carry on.

I was so excited to receive this item but after waiting a week (for 2 day delivery), the package arrived with a warning saying that this can cause cancer and birth defects. Why is this even allowed to be sold?? do not buy it. Also seems that people have had horrible experiences with the luggage breaking after one use. Definitely returning. So disappointed with this.

Super liso el movimiento, ligero, justamente el tamaño carry-on para Aeroméxico y Volaris

La marca te dice todo. Es la primera vez en mi vida que gasto tanto en una maleta, pero también es la primera vez en mi vida que me están tocando viajes de trabajo cada semana... se rompió mi otra maleta dura que compré en Amazon hace varios años y esta vez decidí comprar de lo mejor, no de una marca de imitación. No hace sonido al moverse por el piso. La acción de la palanca retractil es muy buena, no se va girando de manera floja como tantas otras maletas. Hasta ahora julio del 2021 se puede llevar a bordo en Aeroméxico y Volaris y cabe perfectamente. Hasta que lo metí en un Embraer.

Very light and durable. love it.

I got it today and it was great. Very light and durable. I called the Samsonite Canada office because I don't know how to open it because there was no key. Now the lady who answered my call gave me all the answered that I need. I was asking as well about the materials is dangerous for cancer or etc. but it won't apply in Canada so I am not worried about it. Over all I love it and I can't wait to use it soon. Thanks to my Employer who gave me a Amazon gift card in buying it as my 10 years in service. Thank you to Samsonite as well. I can recommend that Samsonite is the best brand to buy and also the quality is very good. I thank Samsonite that I don't have a key in it and the TSA had it in my new luggage. But I can lock thru my own numbers. Because I had a key in my old Samsonite Luggage and for some reason the TSA opened my luggage and ruined the zipper of my Samsonite. I was so disappointed but can't do anything about it my luggage was randomly chose.

Excelente maleta

Excelente maleta para viajar. Tiene el tamaño máximo para una maleta de mano (cabina - 57 cm de alto). Es muy ligera, resistente y fácil de desplazar. El color es menta como viene en la descripción y los materiales son de buena calidad.
