High quality ratchet
I work on cars all the time, build engines, seen same ratchets go for double else where, rotation switch is also spring loaded as well meaning not easy to flick it while working. My harbor freight one does not come close to that easily could be switched.

I like it
Decent quality ratchet, much better than what passes for Craftsman these days. Not the real fine teeth that are great in tight spaces but not the ones you have to turn 30' to hear a click either.

Excellent quality!!
Don’t worry or raise an eyebrow looking the little price! Quality and durability is equal to any of the “big names”! The cost, speed of shipping is outstanding!

Take a beating!
This ratchet has been used almost everyday since I've had it and has held up very well. Very impressed for the price.

It has held up well so far
Been using this as an industrial mechanic for the past year. Has held up pretty well so far considering it sees alot of debris and dirt. Skipped a couple teeth a few times with heavy torque but no biggie, I'll continue to use it. Has a smooth tooth pattern and the low profile Is a huge plus.

Quality
Seems to be the same quality as Kobalt brand that Lowe's sells. Carl

Nice Ratchet set.
You can't beat the price. These are good quality well made Ratchets with a great warranty. The teeth are good, there is no slop in the arc and the reverse lever is very nice. I like the shape. The 1/4 ratchet is a bit smaller and shorter than I would like but for the price I'm not going to give any kind of restrained review. NAPA sells these same ones, or at least exactly the same design for about 4 times more per ratchet. I'm happy with my purchase and would definitely purchase other Sata tools.

Used these to replace my Snap-On ones
I like Snap-On but lets face it these products are just getting better every year and Snap-On has virtually remained the same for decades. I was a Snap-On sales rep and mechanic so I know tools. I start picking up the same tool all the time then I know it's time to change. I have yet to claim warranty on any of this sellers product.

A must have!!
I needed a small but robust tool for those tight spots. I have broken a lot of cheap ones so I thought I would give this one a try but also did not want to spend a lot on a tool that is only used a few times a year. This one checked all the boxes and if it lasts and already has been used many times. As stated I have had others break the first time or after only a few times. This is not a tool to use on large bolts that are heavily torqued as I have seen some people try.

Poorly made
To release the sockets you have to push the release pin past the surface of the ratchet. Mechanism to change direction jams and had to be fiddled with back and forth. Very very tiny leaver to change directions. Very weak spring on that lever. Seems like a very small piece to handle the strain. Save your cash and buy a decent ratchet. No way is anyone going to be around to warranty this

Great for the price
Seem well build, the clicking is on a short angle so it's good for tight space. The unlocking button for the socket is a little bit hard to push due to is low design. With some socket brand, you need to wiggle it a bit to lock it in place. It's a pretty good eatchet for personnal use.
