Can't do much better for the price
Honestly, you get what you pay for. This dress cost me $22 with free prime shipping, and I got plenty of compliments on it! It fit as expected to me, maybe slightly on the large side, but I was ok with that. I bought a Large as I am 5'4" 150 pounds, wear a DD bra and size 7-8 pants. The fit was good. The dress was cute, but it took a little ironing to make the frills even on both sides, with the iron on minimum heat so I didn't burn the cheap fabric. The gloves were sewn very badly, with the stitching visible all the way around the fingers, but really I don't think anyone was looking at my hands. The bust is VERY revealing, and luckily I had a bathing suit top that was the same color blue as in the costume, I wore it under it and it looked like part of the costume, providing necessary lift for my chest and a little more coverage. The lollipop hair piece was pretty difficult to make stay in my hair, so I took of the comb and carried it around. Overall, good price for what you get in my opinion, just beware of wearing it out in public without anything under it

The lollipops had to have been colored by preschoolers
The costume and idea for the costume are so cute but they are so poorly made. I purchased 2 of them for a costume party and took all of the cheap plastic discs off, which were supposed to be the lollipops that were so terribly filled in with markers, and replaced them with pretty lollipops and made several accessories to cover up all of the flaws in the costume itself. I sent one costume back due to ink spots and being sewn way off center and hoped we could get one more that I could at least fix up. They turned out to be darling and we won the best costume, but you need to be very crafty and creative to cover up the horrible workmanship. I've never seen a costume so poorly made! Luckly I expected the worst so I was ready to work on these and make the most adorable costumes.

Wasn't the greatest...
So despite all of the bad reviews on this outfit I decided to buy it anyway and hope for the best. It came with all the pieces but there was some stains on the front. And the back ruffles were ripped. The candy is indeed very badly painted on. And the gloves were very poorly sewn. A few of the fingers have big chunks of extra material on the side where they were sewn over. Also I bought this in a small because I'm not super thin (I'm 120) but definitley on the petite side. It was really baggy in the front so I wish I would have ordered the extra small. But I didn't buy this outfit to go out in, it was bought for bedroom roleplay so for the price and since I will only be wearing it for a few minuets, it was worth it. If you are buying this to go out in expect to spend some extra money buying things to fix/alter it.

Definitely costume quality not regular clothing quality.
Material was really light weight and could be seen through. The hem at the bottom was very sloppy. Serves the purpose for Halloween or a costume party but probably only a 1 time wear do to quality.

It's Cute
need to strengthen some details such as the hair comb, which took off immediately, and details of lollipops some were not well painted. Overall very nice, you have to order your exact size because they are tight. If these chubby will look much, does not hide the flaws. Whereas it is not a dress, it's okay. Es muy bonito, pero necesitan reforzar algunos detalles, la peineta del cabello se despegó inmediatamente, las chupetas no están tan bien pintadas como las de la foto. Hay que tener cuidado al elegir la talla son bien ajustados, si eres rellenita, no esconde para nada esos rollitos o gorditos. Considerando que es solo un disfraz esta bien. Las costuras no están muy prolijamente realizadas, pero insisto a una chica delgada le luce muy lindo.

Unmögliche Qualität, hat keinen Stern verdient!
So eine schlechte Qualität habe ich schon lange nicht mehr erlebt! Ich habe gedacht, mit etwas Bastelei, könnte man etwas daraus machen. Ich brauchte unbedingt ein Candykostüm. Aber das ist wirklich nur Schrott! !!!

Das Kleid verdient nicht mal einen Stern
Das Kleid ist grauenhaft und gleicht dem Kleid auf den Bildern gar nicht. Sehr schlechte Verarbeitung. Wurde direkt zurück geschickt
