Bad Customer Service

I have been buying Serengeti Sunglasses for approx 40 years. So you can guess I like them. My most recent pair, also the most expensive, has made me aware of how bad their Customer Service is. I bought my last pair of Serengetis on May 29th. Therefore I am beyond the Amazon return window. On Aug 29 I contact the Serengeti/Bolle for help as the comfort cover on the arm of my sunglasses kept coming off until I lost it. They said via a non-reply email to be patient and they will get back as soon as possible. It is now 2 plus weeks and I have not even gotten a grunt. For the price of their current glasses they should be embarrassed. And can loss a good customer.

great lens, earpiece lost

The lens is excellent, the mechanical construction is sturdy -- but the earpiece on the temple tip slid off and lost. Why couldn't it be attached properly?

Lenses are not blue

The glasses sent were not blue as per photo & as per Serengeti they also confirmed that they should be blue as per the image. Refund already received and eveyone was very helpful
