Works well but hard on shoulder and wrist

I’m sorry I bought this to replace the shark upright cordless vacuums Ive used for years. It has good suction, nice headlight, easy to empty bin but after one room I feel it in my shoulder and wrist. I end up having to switch hands to rest my shoulders and wrists and I don’t have arthritis or anything else wrong with my shoulders and wrists. If I didn’t have a small house I’d have to give it away and get the upright style. Also if you need to stop and use both hands to move something it won’t stand by itself, you have to lay it on the floor. I suppose I’ll get used to it but one month of use and I’m still missing my old vacuum.

Lightweight and Excellent Performance

The “Shark Pet Plus” stick vacuum is outstanding! After trying two other stick vacuum’s, the Shark works the best! Lightweight, easy to use as well as charge makes this a great buy. Would definitely purchase again!

Perfect for me

Vacuum works so well. The hair is not tangled and vacuumed as shown in the description. It is good to be able to charge the battery separately and to be able to purchase more batteries separately. Before ordering this vacuum, I ordered another model for the same company's product, but the vacuum head part in front was a brush, so the hair got tangled and I had to remove the hair in the middle while vacuuming also, If possible, I recommend buying products sold by amazon or at least ship by Amazon. There was a product I bought before this, but it was really difficult to contact the company and return it.

battery does not last 40 minutes

I liked everything about Shark pet plus stick vac EXCEPT the battery use time. If Shark was more truthful about the battery life I would have given it 5 stars. Now I have to buy a battery back up. I only have one small kitchen rug, and tile floors throughout the house. Battery only lasted 20 minutes. CoCo

Quality product from Shark

I bought 2 of these to replace two older Shark cordless vacuums that got damaged in a flood. The new technology is amazing. Improved pickup, emptying process is a cinch. And the adapters are an added value.

Poor hair suction

Bought this for pet hair clean up for bare floors and low pile throw rugs. Was worse than my old inexpensive Bissel stick vacuum. Too top heavy for me to vacuum with ease. Very dissatisfied especially for the price

Easy to use!

It's easy to use right out of the box. It works as a stick vacuum should. I have a VERY small area of carpet in my home the rest is hard wood and tile; I HATED always having to drag my HUGE industrial sized vacuum with all it's cumbersome attachments out to clean this smallish area. This solved my problems. I cleaned my ceiling fans with ease and that's saying A LOT! The attachments work well and swapping them is a quick and easy process. I'm SO happy with this I'm moving the large vacuum into the garage. It can live there and be used exclusively for that space.
