Very good beard wash.

This beard wash is almost as good as my all time favorite (which I also reviewed). It has a good smell that does not linger after rinsing.. and leaves my beard feeling clean and refreshed. A very good beard wash.. highly recommended.

Momma I smell Good!

This stuff tastes terrible but makes up for it with a great smell. I have somewhat sensitive skin and this doesn't irritate me so take that for what its worth. It would probably be even better if paired with a nice beard conditioner.

I've had said beard for 10+ years. I take care of my beard with a love and tenderness one typically reserves for nursing abandoned baby birds back to health. I've also tried dozens of different beard products - including washes, of course - over the last 5-10 years so I know a thing or two about what's out there when it comes to facial follicle maintenance. Stop your search

Combines perfectly with the lotion. This stuff is great, works up a deep lather, and is long lasting. Definitely can feel a difference in my beard. Stop your search and buy this product!

I can't find any negative to say

Nice size. Lathers very well. Dime-sized amount does go a long way. The smell is amazing. I use once every 2 days or so. Great product. Will try the other products from this brand in the future. I was not paid for my review and this is my honest opinion.

Good Products with one big BUT…..

I have used Shea Moisture products in the past and have loved them, and I bought their entire Beard Product lineup (Wash, Detangler, Balm, and Oil) with hope for an amazing experience given this line of products was made with Men of Color in focus, but it wasn’t great for one and one reason only; which is leading me to returning them. The Good: Used the beard wash the day it arrive and it lathered phenomenally. Psychologically companies use lather compounds to make a customer feel like they are getting a really good clean when even if it didn’t lather as much it wouldn’t reduce cleaning properties. I used the Detangler after the wash and it left my beard feeling soft like it’s never before. UNTIL…. The Bad: THE PERFUME (Fragnance), after using the wash I noticed the strong scent (even though it was the last ingredient in the list), I thought it would go away after rinsing, but it stuck around. And when I used the detangler the scent intensified even more leading to me sneezing and my wife complaining on how irritating the smell was when cuddling in bed. Because of the strong scent, I couldn’t even use the Balm and the Beard Oil itself due not wanting to destroy my nostrils. The Resolve: Remove the scent (perfume) OR release a scent-free lineup. I know the perfume doesn’t need to be there and its main purpose is psychological encouragement for people to use the product. However that same unnecessary ingredient is making consumers like myself walk the other way. Will keep an eye for a scent free version of this Beard Lineup for the future but for now I will be returning the ones I have got and look elsewhere.

My new go-to beard wash

Don’t be fooled by the “manly Viking” Amazon brands, THIS is the perfect beard wash. Has a light, clean scent that is not overpowering. some beard washes I’ve used in the past can feel “soap-y” and seem to dry the skin, but this is the exact opposite of that. This has a great foaming action, and a little goes so far I feel like one bottle is going to last me until the browns win the Super Bowl. This beard wash is what women refer to as a “holy grail.”
