Holes Exist in Each Cap

While it was not visible in the photos accompanying the product on Amazon, upon delivery I noticed that each leg cap had a small hole. They were intended to replace older leg caps without holes and I am finding that the chairs are depositing rust and other particles that stream down the hollow legs and exit the perforated caps. Staining of surfaces which come in contact with the chair caps is now apparent.

Didn't even last 2 months

Bought these chair protector ad the end of May 2020. Installed them on our dining room chairs in early June. By mid-July, 4 of them have cracked and fallen off of the legs. Very disappointed and would not recommend. Update: Received an email from the supplier of these and they made it right.

Not for chairs.

Not good for chairs but any piece of furniture you want to protect and do not move is say they are good. On chairs they don’t slide and if forced to slide will break and scratch the floor.

Serves the purpose

Our chairs have modern looking legs (rounded, cannot attach anything at the bottom) so this cup was exactly what we were looking for.

Product does not slide across hardwood and makes noice

I purchased this product so my wrought iron chairs would slide across my hardwood floor without screeching and scratching. The product looks good in every aspect, but the chair now won't slide and makes a louder screeching noise. I have to practically pick up the chair to move it. That makes these impossible when I'm trying to slide up to the dinner table. That is why I rated this high in all areas except Overall because I won't be able to use these at all.

Perfect for my dining room!

These fit perfectly on some second hand metal dining chairs. They have eliminated the noise from scooting chairs, the potential of scratching the wood floor, and they don't slide around! With them not sliding, it means you have to lift the chair to move it, but it's not a major inconvenience, just a habit to get into.

Too short to hold tight

I purchased these 5 months ago. My first impression was that they were way too short to sustain any type of movement of the chair legs I purchased them for. I was right, as time has passed they have gotten mangled because the sleeve height, the part that fits around the leg of the chair simply isn't long enough to hold onto the leg. At this point all the pieces fall off the chair simply because they've stretched beyond usability.
